Our party of 8 had a wonderful time staying at this house. It’s very spacious and perfect for larger groups. The neighborhood is great and very quiet. The view from the back of the house at sunrise and sunset is beautiful!

The marsh view of this property eclipses the fact that the house is only used for rentals and has some flaws that would probably be corrected by an owner who was sometimes in residence. I commend the management though. A slow moving bathroom drain was corrected quickly once we asked. And when we were concerned about unexpected heat under the kitchen sink and in the dishwasher that had not been run, the property manager sent out a handyman to verify that there wasn’t a big problem. It turned out that the HVAC had ductwork in the space under this area and that was causing the warmth. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to host family and guests during the five days we spent there for my nephew's wedding. It was large enough to house my immediate family and host the extended family as they came into the Mt. Pleasant area. It was very peaceful looking out over the marsh and watching the wildlife there. My family would highly recommend this facility .
