About this house rental
Sleeps 12, House, Near Beach, Internet; BR 1: King, BR 2: Queen, BR 3 Bunk Beds (T/T), BR 4: 2 Full BR 5: Queen Fantastic Location with ocean views and a few houses down from the beach. Spacious 5 bedroom home complete with new furnishings and coastal charm. Large kitchen with new quartz counters and subway tile back splash. Separate breakfast area with seating and dining table located just off the kitchen. Comfortable and spacious living room with two large sofas and large 65in LCD tv. The first floor offers 4 bedrooms including a primary suite. There is a wonderful kids bunk room with wall mounted Roku tv. The second guest room features two queen beds and wall mounted cable tv. Guest room 3 has queen size bed and a cable tv. The primary suite is relaxing with a king size bed, lots of windows, large LCD cable tv and ensuite bath. The second floor can be accessed by the elevator or exterior spiral staircase. This upstairs mother-in-law suite has a queen bed, private bath, and cable TV. There is a bar, sink, refrigerator and small sofa. Views to the Atlantic are plentiful from the balcony. Great spot for the teenagers in the family. Outdoor dining is plentiful with a full sized dining table in the spacious screened porch and another table with umbrella on the deck off the living room. Enjoy meals cooked on the BBQ grill. This home is located in a great location on a quieter end of the Isle of Palms, with no streets to cross to get to the beach access. The beach is just a short 2 minute walk. Great house for those memorable family vacations! All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward VayK Life to rent beach chairs, bikes, etc! PETS: Pets are considered, but MUST be approved with non-refundable pet fee paid directly to the property management company. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Please contact for more details. Please Note: Elevator equipped with service from garage to 2nd floor, but is a residential elevator and not ADA compliant. Non smoking. Fireplace not available for guest use. Must be 25 years or older to rent. Internet: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service

Great space for a large group. Great location, just a few steps from a beautiful beach. Bathrooms are not updated but functional. We had plenty of space for 10 adults and 1 child. We will book again!

Location was great. 5 mins walk from the beach. The bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining rooms, and outdoor deck spaces were spacious. The house is well-stocked with dishware and cookware, but wished we had extra paper towels or napkins. There is a room upstairs and the only way to get to the room is to take the elevator in the house or walk up a spiral staircase outside of the house. The room upstairs has it's own bathroom, but it was a bit inconvenient that there weren't stairs inside the house to get upstairs. We had 6 people sharing one hallway bathroom because the other bathroom was in the master bedroom on the main level. If you plan to drive into downtown, it is also a 30 min drive.
We also had some minor issues that didn't impact our stay too much. We found a cockroach in the upstairs room (need to take elevator to get to room). The dishwasher was broken and started to leak. It was a bit difficult to reach the property manager. The number listed is an office that only takes messages to relay to the property manager. We weren't given the actual property manager's number. It took 4/5 hrs for the property manager to call back regarding the leak. Fortunately, we were able to stop the leak before the property manager called and someone came the next morning to fix the issue.
Overall, I would still recommend folks staying here if you are looking for a place by the beach and not planning to drive too much into the downtown area. It was comfortable for our group of 9.

Great home and great location! Everything was very clean and modernized. We had a great time having my 40th Birthday Girls Weekend Trip at the house!

We were all very pleased with the property and all it offered. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and has enough space for a large crowd. The location is beautiful and has easy access to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent this property again!
