3602 Palm Blvd is a Beautiful Ocean Front home. Features 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 bathrooms. Baths have been fully renovated. This home features a private pool and and boardwalk right to the beach. This home can accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. (2,900 Square Ft) FIRST LEVEL (Entrance): The first level of this home features parking underneath the home and a gate to walk through to the pool area. The backyard features a large in ground pool, spa, chaise loungers, outdoor dining table, and a gas grill. There are multiple outdoor showers for easy clean up after a day at the beach. SECOND FLOOR: There is a well-stocked kitchen, multiple seating areas, a separate dining room, and large laundry room on this floor. Master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Additional room with a queen bed and private bath. The living area opens up to a large back porch overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful sunsets from a rocking chair. THIRD FLOOR: Features three additional bedrooms. Guestroom one features two twin beds. Guestroom two features a queen and two twin beds. These rooms share a full bathroom in the hall. The upstairs Master featuring a King size bed, two twin beds, and access to a private bath. Access to a top floor balcony with Ocean views. BR 1: King, BR 2: King, BR 3: 1 Queen 2 Twin, BR 4: 1 Queen 2 Twin, BR 5: 2 Twin; Sleeps 14 All new reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life! Includes free parking, linens and towels, washer and dryer, starter supply of paper products and detergents. Pool heat is available at an additional fee for spring/fall months. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures. Please contact for more details! This home was awesome! It was in a perfect location with close access to many restaurants, shopping, boat tours and museums. The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy for our family with enough space for the eight of us to be alone or together. We enjoyed the pool. The beach was a very short walk from the house.

Great location! Pool was awesome.
We had a wonderful week at this property. It was quite windy on the beach so the pool and spa were nice to have when it was warm and we needed a break from beach. Kitchen was great, and perfect amount of space for all ages.

This was a much needed last minute trip, that turned out to be a great decision. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accomodations and location. Highly recommend!

This was a great house for a family get together...grandkids loved it. We are locals so it’s always a treat to stay right on the beach. Bedrooms and baths were beautiful....main room couch looked a little shabby but the big long table was perfect for all of us!

House was perfect! Had a minor issue w/ hot tub but was fixed pretty quickly. Didn’t know the pool & hot tub heat were tied together, so only one would heat at a time. Definitely appreciated the ability to heat the pool - worked great! The location was perfect! Hoping to return again in the future!

Property is better in person than in the pictures. A few items that had been mentioned as negatives in previous reviews in years past have been rectified. Its hard to overstate the location. Not just beachfront. But in a part of Isle of Palms where the beach is perfect and the crowds are nonexistent. We had a great time, would definitely recommend and likely will use again ourselves. Only caution is to bring plenty of bug repellent - the beautiful back porch beckons in the evening but the extra aggressive mosquitoes are ready and waiting.

Very nice accommodations! Our 8 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable. Between the pool and the beach we had all the entertainment we needed. (Good thing since we needed to social distance from the rest of the world.) Property manager was very responsive when we could not figure out the hot tub, but with some instructions it worked great!

IOP 2019
Everyone had a great time. House was well maintained and for the few items that needed fixing the property manager had maintenance come out within 3 hours on average. Location to beach and private walk way to beach was loved by all. Pool was in very good working condition and the led lighting at night was great. We would recommend this property to anyone and will look to booking it for our next stay in a few years.

Seamless rental from beginning to end. Beautiful property with a great location! Perfect space for 5 adults and 6 children! Kitchen cabinets need some minor repair (screws). No big deal though.

Perfect location
Family vacation with 6 adults and 4 children ages almost 2, 5 & almost 7 They kept asking us to buy this house.😉 We loved everything about the house from location, pool and spacious layout. It does need some new appliances including frig & dishwasher. I’d love to see a stackable washer & dryer in laundry area and add a second frig. But this is our second time staying here & many beautiful upgrades including front entrance & pool area. Love this home.

Comfortable and open
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms are large and comfortable. The property managers were quickly responsive to problems (dishwasher - repairman said wasn't broken but it continued to leak after he left; pool - confusing to keep heated). My only disappointment was the heating system for the pool/hot tub. You pay extra to heat the pool, but it takes the heat from the hot tub (which should be automatically included) - in essence you are heating one or the other.
But - we loved the house, the view and the option for heated water outside :)

The perfect weekend getaway
14 of my family and friends stayed at this property for a weekend in November. It was amazing! The house was clean and accommodated our party perfectly. I had one small issue that was resolved very promptly.
What makes this house is the outside space. The porch has incredible views and comfortable seating for having coffee in the morning as the sun comes up. The pool and hot tub were clean and used every day. There was adequate seating outside. The best part is that the house is literally steps from the beach. The beach was quite empty which was also nice (probably due to the time of year).
I loved everything about my stay and would vacation here again in the future!
What I really appreciated was that the property was true to the pictures/posting.

Beautiful, clean house. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool.
The open-concept first floor made it very easy to spend time with everyone staying here. The view from the deck of the beach and water is beautiful. We also made good use of the pool, hot tub, and back yard. Linens were provided which included bed sheets and bath towels. Beach towels or more bath towels would have been nice but it wasn't a big deal. The beds are all very comfortable and we slept well each night. There were a few small issues including an almost empty propane tank for the grill. I may have been mistaken but I could not find a spare tank to use. The other issues are mostly common and not worth noting. Our overall experience here was awesome and definitely lived up to our expectations.

I stayed 4 days with friends and there was absolutly nothing to complain about it.
It is a great Location and this Beach house promise not too much, worth the Money for sure. I ask 5 days upfront to bring the pool temperature up and the pool is somehow tricky connected to Jacuzzi, so the water was very warm, the outside temperature was cold but this does not minimize the effect of the warm and clean swim experience in that pool. The atmosphere inside and outside the house is to describe as it is very comfortable, really a place to relax and enjoy.

Great house for family with kids...
We brought our entire family of eleven to IOP for the week between Christmas and New Year's. (Six adults and 5 kids ages 14, 11, 8, 5, and 1 1/2) Though it was unseasonably cold at the beach this year, we had a great time. This house is lovely. It is furnished very nicely and yet not so "fancy" that we were worried about the little ones ruining anything.
I would like to point out that the folks at the realty company were very gracious and responsive to any and all queries. Kudos all around...

We LOVED it here
We (7 women and myself), rented this house for girls weekend away all celebrating (?) turning 50. The house was beautifully decorated and looks better in real life than in the pictures. The beds were comfy but if you can fit your pillow in your suit case, do so as the pillows were not so comfy. The location is fantastic. It is a cheap Uber ride into Charleston. We just had a fantastic time in this beautiful house cooking, laughing, using the pool and walking the beach.
The only thing I would say needs changing is perhaps some instructions on how to use the appliances and the pool heat.

Excellent property especially for small children
We came here for a friend reunion with four families (three of whom had kids under 3). The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very safe and easy to have small kids (3 year old, 2 16 month olds and a 7 month old). It was very close to the beach, the pool was perfect and the bedrooms were all comfortable. It is walking distance to a playground and honestly, it was an excellent trip with friends!

Great view and beach access
Residential neighbors next door don't appreciate vacationers. Can't say I blame them, but definitely made it uncomfortable. Dishwasher needs replaced and refrigerator is extremely small for multiple families to share. Definitely could have used a 2nd refrigerator elsewhere in the home. King Bed in master bedroom upstairs need replaced. Traffic in Isle of Palms is too busy for our liking. Island has DEFINITELY changed over the years.
We did enjoy the porch and quick private beach access. Don't really think it was worth the price though.

Beautiful Oceanside estate
We could not have had a better vacation!!! There were 10 adults and 3 babies and we had more than enough room for all of us!! Having the pool there was such a bonus for m daughters with babies,and the ocean right there for all the Gus!! We never had to pack everyone up for a trip to the beach! Eoulg go every ear if we could.... thanks for such a wonderful time!!!

Perfect, family-friendly beach house
We recently stayed at this property with 8 adults and 8 young children. It was the perfect house for a family vacation. The furniture, decorations, layout and bedrooms were inviting and comfortable. There were plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate large groups. We spent many hours on the beautiful porch overlooking the pool and beach. The pool is smaller, but it was perfect for young children. We enjoyed many walks on the beach. We had an issue with the pool heater at the beginning of our stay and the rental agency was extremely friendly and responsive to address the issue. I would highly recommend this property!

Outstanding service; great house
We just returned from our 17th annual girl's beach weekend in IOP and would highly recommend this property. The house decor is gorgeous, the beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable ones we've ever had in a rental and the beachfront location was one of our primary requirements. All of the bathrooms have been very recently renovated and were just beautiful and very functional.
I wish there were 1/2 stars, as I would truthfully give this one 4 1/2 stars, deducting a half point because there is only one refrigerator and one coffee maker; both of which are very important for large groups. We also really wished it had a hot tub, but the pool can be heated for a fee if you go during cooler weather. However, the property management service, attitude and quick responses to the few issues we had made me give it the five stars. I've rented a lot of large homes in IOP over the years, and found this factor to be very important for planning a stress-free vacation.
Some other (minor) suggestions for other renters would be: 1) Bring your own speakers, iPods, etc. if you love music. There are music channels on the TV but you can't take them outside of course and the TV sound system is standard. 2) I travel with my own large pans and sharp knives, so bring them if you want to do a lot of cooking. There are pots and pans and sharp knives provided, but they are also what I would call "standard". That's really it. We would certainly rent from Carolina One again!

Girls Reunion
We chose this house for the abundance of beds, the beachfront location and the attractive decor. It turned out to be perfect for our group. Our ten-person girl's reunion found the kitchen to be well stocked and the proximity to Charleston to be reasonable. We had daily water aerobic exercise class every morning in the pool and enjoyed long walks on the wide beach.
The manager was very receptive to a few issues that we had with the house . With a house that can sleep ten people a second fridge would have been really helpful. There are no beach towels provided so bring your own. Some of the beds are a bit too soft but the rooms are nicely decorated and the bedding is good.

This was a great home that met our family needs for spring break. There were 13 of us, and we all enjoyed the location. It was an easy drive to Charleston every day. We enjoyed the carriage rides,a cold ferry ride to Fort Sumpter, golfing, the Yorktown excursion, walking in Battery Park and enjoying downtown historic Charleston. Fantastic service and wonderful food at Hall's Chop House completed our week while celebrating a birthday and our daughter's engagement that took place at Middleton Plantation this week!
The kitchen lacks sharp knives, but we worked around that. Only one refrigerator made grocery shopping a daily chore with a big group. The beds were comfy and the wood burning fireplace a welcome surprise. The heated pool was a hit with the grandchildren as it was too cold to spend much time on the beautiful beach except for shell seeking, relaxing walks and kite flying-which we did often. This was one of very few heated pool properties available on Isle of Palm. A must have at spring break when the weather is still variable.
We would recommend this rental unit to any family wanting to spend time in the Charleston area.
