BALCONY INCLUDED!!! ***** This is a family owned condo that we love! We welcome any visitors that will please treat it as such and enjoy it as much as we do! Our goal is to build repeat fabulous guests! Beautiful ocean views from this unit and the balcony! Unit has been completely updated in 2022! Every inch of this unit has been touched! First floor unit is actually up a flight of stairs, please be aware there is no elevator. But you get past that once you see how close the beach is, it's RIGHT there! Breakfast on the balcony is one of my favorite times of day! Any given day of watching can include surfers, pelicans, or dolphins! It's so relaxing! ****Very important to note, parking is extremely limited. There is ONLY ONE assigned space that is yours for your stay under the building, plus 4 "first come first serve" spots in front of the building. Surfside does not allow street parking. Please plan accordingly and bring one car whenever possible, two at most. Rentals include linens (sheets and towels) and utilities, including Wi-Fi. ***** Beach towels are in the unit, but due to time constraints between guests, they are NOT included in cleaning - if these are used, they MUST be washed and returned to their closet space as found. All bedrooms have smart TV's. Family room includes a smart 65" tv for watching your Netflix, Amazon, etc, accounts, as well as a DVD player. Washer/dryer in unit. Well stocked kitchen, majority of furniture in unit is new. Building has a small lap pool for relaxing... *****this is a very small pool, so if you plan to spend your entire vacation at the pool as opposed to the beach, this unit probably isn't for you. :) Check out our other unit, Dolphin Cay 204 if a large pool is important to you! ***** There is NO outside grill provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own grill to use as long as it's NOT close to the building, DEFINITELY not on the balcony, and EVERYTHING is cleaned up after use. Nothing can be left in the backyard, everything must be discarded properly! SURFSIDE BEACH, SC ~ "The family beach" ~ Great environment for relaxing! MANY area attractions including a ton of golf courses, loads of shopping, restaurants galore, etc! ****IMPORTANT!! NEW laws for Surfside Beach, canopy tents ARE allowed once again!! They must be spaced 10 feet apart and they, along with all chairs/umbrellas, must be 8 feet from the dunes! THEY ARE POLICING AND ENFORCING THESE RULES!!

We felt spoiled with everything this unit had to offer! Great location, great view of the beach and ocean, games and books(even for my 18!month old granddaughter). Coffee/tea table with ALL of the fixings and beautifully decorated unit. Beds were super comfy. Best place ever and we will be back for sure!!!!!!

We enjoyed this condo so much. From the minute you walk in and see the ocean view to sitting on the patio having a glass of wine. Beautiful decor fully stocked along with everything so clean throughout the entire unit made us feel right at home! Would recommend to anyone going to Surfside for their vacation.

The condo was very clean and packed with extras from beach toys to every size ziplock bag you could use. We were a family of 5, (3 kids under 5) and 2 grandparents we fit perfectly. The pool was small as indicated but honestly bigger then it looked in the pictures. It was the perfect pool for the a beach trip with kids, in my option. Location was great just minutes from everything, there is a public access next store but not one of the big ones so it wasn’t to much of a factor. Being on the first floor was key for the frequent trips back and forth with the kids. Over all highly recommend a stay at this condo, we had a great trip!

My family of 5 stayed here for our vacay this year. We’ve never been to Surfside and it did not disappoint! The area is beautiful and so is the Bostonian! With little kids it was great being right on the beach. Joni has all the extras you could think of. We definitely would love to stay again!

We stayed for a long weekend after picking our daughter up at Coastal. They had everything we needed, allowing us to minimize what we brought — necessary when you’re bringing home your daughter from college! The beach is right there and the Surfside restaurants are only a 15-20 minute walk. The condo was beautiful and comfortable — definitely a happy place! Highly recommend!

This property has everything you could possibly need. Property was very clean. Kitchen and coffee bar was stocked with items usually not found in most units. Bath accessories were not your average hotel stock. Owners were very easy to work with. Would book again if we are ever in the area.

I asked for a condo that is oceanfront and easy access to the beach, this was perfect. We were on the first floor and it was a beautiful view of the ocean. Of course when we arrived it was bitter cold because of the storm front that was coming in. Our check in time was at 4:00 p.m. and we were suppose to receive the code for entry. I texted and said that we were in town but did not get the code. We decided to go to dinner and hope to hear back soon. We texted again and then try calling the number as we had paid for dinner and had no where else to go. Finally, Jodi texted back the code with a nice apology. We arrived and excited to settle in and the code didn't work. We stood outside in the gusty wind trying to get into the place. We texted and explained that it wasn't working. She said that the maid had been there earlier and it worked fine. She called her aunt next door to bring the key to let us in. She was a very nice lady, but would not leave the key for us to use until they figured out the lock. Due to the low temperatures it killed the batteries in the lock. Of course, Jodi said that Jamie would come by to check on the lock. We were hoping sooner than later so we were not able to leave until Jamie came to change the batteries in the lock which was around 10:30 the next morning. It would had been nice to had the key and felt like we could leave if we wanted too. The only other thing that was wrong is that she had a brand new coach and it was broken. It was a hide away bed and it was sitting on the floor which we felt bad sitting on it while we were there, which gave us little sitting in the living room. I sent pictures to let them know that it was broken and that we found it that way. There is a camera as you enter the condo at the door, which I get it, but this kind also has sound available. You don't know if they are listening in with your conversations or not, which I think takes away from your privacy. I would understand if the camera was on the outside of the front door instead of the inside.
The place was clean, beds were comfortable, the coffee bar table was fantastic and supplies were available. I did purchase coffee, paper towels and soap to use and left them to replace what we used. I would had hoped that they would had at least taken some $ off the price because of sitting arrangements and time loss waiting for Jamie to fix the lock. No such offer.

Joni has gone above and beyond with her home- by far the cleanest home I’ve stayed in- beautiful, tastefully decorated and cute themes. She had absolutely everything you might want plus more available there- as I told her, my kids would say she is “extra”. 😁The beautifully stocked coffee/tea bar was a favorite of my mom’s and we all loved the picture window and balcony view of the beach/ocean. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, anything you could want in the kitchen. I could go on and on, but suffice to say, her home will be my first choice from here on out. Thank you for making our first ever mom/daughters vacation spectacular.

The beds were all very comfy.

Perfect rental for beach loving families!
Beautifully renovated oceanfront condo with spectacular views, just steps from the beach! Our family of four had plenty of space to spread out across the open concept kitchen/living room and three bedrooms. The property was stocked with more than enough kitchen gadgets to cook up a meal, as well as ample bedding and bath towels. Beach chairs and toys conveniently located under the unit in the parking area, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The only challenge for me was that the reserved parking spot was a little bit tight. That being said, I did have a huge Ford F150 and I was able to park in one of the four 'first come first serve' spots right in front of the unit. We used the truck multiple times per day and never had an issue getting a spot in one of those four spaces. I recommend a mid-size SUV which would fit in the reserved spot perfectly. The unit was extremely clean and Joni was very quick to respond with any questions we had throughout the stay. Would absolutely return and look forward to doing so next year!

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is the second time staying in this beautiful, clean, and relaxing home. Joni has thought of everything to make this our go-to place to enjoy the beach. It is right on the beach and the balcony is a great way to bring on the day watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee from the Kuerig (we really liked not having to bring our own).
During the current pandemic, this was the perfect place to "isolate" and be on vacation at the same time.
We hope to head back there one day soon!

Exceptional from beginning to end!! Joni was so great to communicate with and answered all my questions! The condo was BEAUTIFUL and exactly as the pictures showed! The location couldn’t have been more perfect...between the beach and local restaurants, we couldn’t have been more pleased! The condo décor is simple, yet elegant. It felt like being at home but with a beach in the back yard. The kitchen had all necessary utensils, bathrooms well stocked with towels. Also plenty of blankets for the cooler weather. 75 feet and you are on the beach, that's great. We liked it so much we have reserved for next year.

Look no further...this is THE RENTAL
This will be our new vacation spot! The pictures are true, you can expect to be blow away as soon as you enter the condo and get to the kitchen and look out the amazing picture window, prepare to have your breath taken away! You feel at home immediately, the décor is up to date, warm and inviting. As I type this I am already thinking of our next trip! The access to the beach is marvelous- we did have grandma with us, and opted to use the public entry right next to the condo, as there wasn't a dune to climb up, it was stair and straight on the beach. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards was fantastic, there is also sand toys as well. Access to the grocery store is super easy, and restaurants are near as well. Joni has everything you need for beaching- loved using the artic cups and taking the cooler down. My husband and I left very jealous of your amazing condo! Thanks for the pride you take in your rental, and your desire that everyone has the best vacay at your place! Hope to see your fabulous condo again soon, very soon!!!!
