About this house rental
Spacious three-bedroom home just 1.5 miles to Sonoma Square with a year-round heated swimming pool. Pool has an automatic safety cover that keeps the pool warm and makes it perfect for families with children. By default, we heat the pool to around 80 degrees using a gas heater in the winter and solar in the summer. We can set the temperate to 90 degrees during your stay for an additional $50 fee per day to cover energy costs. We highly recommend this option during the winter! Bedroom 1 (Master): One King Bed with Master Bath Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Two twin beds Pack & Play and portable high chair for babies 2 Full Baths: 1 with a tub Living Room with Queen Size Sleeper couch and widescreen tv (dvd player & apple tv, no cable) Dining Room comfortably seats 8 adults Sitting Room in Kitchen Large open Kitchen with oven, 4 burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster Breakfast Bar with 3 stools Wireless Internet 2-Car Garage Washer/Dryer Swimming Pool - as of October 2020 we installed a gas heater so pool is heated year round to about 80 degrees. During the winter we can heat the pool to 90 degrees for an additional $50 per day. It's truly a spectacular experience to swim in pool that warm and we hope you consider that option for your stay! In the summer we use solar panels for heating the pool. Pool is only heated during the daytime. Pool Cover - as of December 2020 we installed an automatic pool cover. The cover helps the pool retain heat at night or when it's not in use. It's also a great safety feature for families traveling with children. High speed broadband Internet. We have a Google mesh wifi network so Internet connection is fast even outside in the backyard. Check-in: 4:00PM Check-out: 10:00AM Check in/out times negotiable only if guests aren't arriving/leaving on the same days. Quiet Hours (10PM-7AM) Please respect our neighbors. Maximum number of overnight guests is 8. Maximum number of daytime guests is 14. Maximum number of vehicles allowed is 3 (1 per bedroom). There is a pool on the property. By booking this unit, you agree that you and your fellow guests swim at your own risk and you are responsible to make sure all children and adults using the pool during your stay do so in a safe and supervised manner. This is my first actual VRBO rental and I thought it was great. I stayed with my cousins and sister so there was 7 of us total. The home was the perfect size for all of use to celebrate my sister's relaxing Bachelorette weekend and I appreciated all the thorough communication from Michelle and Rohin. Although the weather and our plans did not give time for the heated pool it was still great to know it was an option and ready for use. I would love to bring my children and stay here again.

This was a great vacation house! There was plenty of space for our family and the location made getting around Sonoma very easy. The pool was also a huge plus for the kids.

Four women traveling to experience wine country. We had a nice stay as the house location is close to Sonoma Square shopping, grocery stores and wineries. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and they checked to make sure our arrival went smoothly. Accommodations were satisfactory although the white woodwork and kitchen cupboards could use a good general scrubbing. That said, we enjoyed the fact that we could stay together and enjoy each others company in such a lovely location.

This was the perfect home for our recent visit to Sonoma. The location, size and condition were excellent. The house was clean, spacious & the kitchen had great pots & pans(which is not often the case). The pool was an added bonus that was enjoyed everyday we were there. This home is definitely on my list of “hope it’s available” for my next trip to Sonoma.

We were a group of six ladies and had the most wonderful time in Sonoma. The house served as the perfect location and the accommodations were just what we needed. The house is minutes from Downtown Sonoma. I highly recommend this booking. The owners are quick to respond to any questions, the house is comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, and the pool is lovely! I would stay again in a heart beat!

The house is close to Sonoma Square and a short drive to most anywhere! The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts are amazing and so helpful. Really enjoyed the pool. Thanks for a great vacation!

Overall we appreciated the balance of value, convenience with close proximity to Sonoma Plaza (restaurants, playground, and tasting rooms), as well as many wineries within 10 minutes. We took an uber and/or drove out to Napa two days and enjoyed proximity to there as well (40 minutes). Owner was absolutely fantastic to work with, answering questions and super accommodating at every turn. The house itself was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, linens, pool toys / swimmie for the toddler. Quiet neighborhood with nice (million dollar +) homes. Only drawback we noted was that the home seemed to have been through much renovation already and for us could have used a bit more to be more comfortable. The master bedroom shower tub needs to be swapped out (some of our party felt it was unusable in current condition and opted to use fully renovated hallway bathroom shower instead), and the home needs (another?) interior painting. However, we felt the competitive pricing of this property is reflective of these relatively minor drawbacks and would stay here again if continuing with same budget.

This was a great property. It was close to vineyards, wineries, and town. We had everything we needed and having the pool was fantastic. We had a rental car so use of the garage was really nice and made me feel very safe. We utilized the washer/dryer which helped us pack light for the trip! Overall great experience!

We had a 6 day 60th birthday celebration at this house. The house is on a cul de sac in a residential neighborhood a mile from Sonoma Square. Although the houses are close together this house is surrounded by lush landscaping that makes it TOTALLY private. Lovely backyard with large heated pool - an oasis. We easily sat 9 each night at the outside table. Six of us stayed overnight in the house. The beds were very comfortable. The layout was great for when the younger two wanted some space from the elders! We had one taking college courses by Zoom and one who is still working who had a couple of zoom meetings. All of that worked out great. Communication with the owners could not have been better. They always responded within 5 minutes - all the communication was by text. Very easy and quick. We would rent this house again. Highly recommend.

Great Sonoma Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well located to Sonoma Square and nearby parks and hiking/biking trails. The pool was fantastic - the kids enjoyed it for hours in December!

Perfect Getaway
The house and location was perfect for our mini-vacation! The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space and the layout was perfect for cooking in the open kitchen, dining at the big table and relaxing by the pool or in the spacious living room. The owners were very communicative throughout the stay and always available to answer any questions!
