Arguably the best location on Boyneland!
There are so many wonderful things about this unit to say! This 100 % slope-side, truly Ski-in/out condo, is everything you could hope for in your next vacation getaway. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This is a rare upper-level disciples village condo, with it's own washer and dryer and dedicated private WiFi, so no more sharing the internet with the rest of the resort!
The master suite has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom upstairs has two queen beds and a bathroom. The living room also affords a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space. Stand alone, this home can accommodate up to 12 guests at one time. The basement is a two bedroom condo, that can be rented in conjunction with this home, with an additional full kitchen and laundry area, that extends the sleeping capacity to 20 if needed. The additional unit can be found on our website under 691 Disciples Village.
Within the home, all the bedrooms have new flat screen TVs and there is a 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room, and TV's in all the bedrooms for your added enjoyment. The condo does have quite a few steps to get up to it, as its the King of the Hill, and is located directly on the slope!
With multiple units that are in nearby buildings, we are also able to accommodate multiple large groups, family reunions or even corporate retreats. Check out Condo #692. This condo shares our building.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

This property was as beautiful as the pictures! Worked out perfectly for a family of five adults and two children. The description indicates it is slopeside, it is! Lots of steps to get to the condo! Winter time would be absolutely magical here!

Our family comes up to Boyne Mountain every year for a family reunion over the 4th of July and I would really like to give this place a better review, but the pictures of the property were very deceiving and the description lacked details. There are 57 steps that you have to climb just to get to the front door once you park. My husband had to take three breaks just to get the cooler up to the cabin. This would have been very beneficial to know prior to booking since our 90 year old mother needed help getting up and down the stairs every time we left and came back. We had to modify our stay based on the amount of times we would have to climb the stairs. Inside the cabin was nice and clean, but the pictures we looked at prior to booking made it look like the kitchen and living room area were way bigger than what they were. The sink in the bathroom inside the master bedroom doesn’t drain well and needs a little TLC. After the first day, we noticed that the floor was wet in front of the refrigerator. Unbeknownst to us, the freezer door was popping open each time we closed the refrigerator door, which was causing the freezer to leak. After realizing the problem, we had to check the freezer door every time closed the fridge. We also wish we would’ve been given access to the outdoor pool at the hotel since we were staying in the property. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay at Boyne Mountain, but will definitely be asking for more details on the cabins in Disciples Village.
