Beautiful home and good location. Great for small kids. Lots of fun things to do. Master bedroom bed was not good. The oven didnt work which was a MAJOR disappointment with minimal compensation. They were very responsive to some small issues that were resolved promptly. Overall stay was good but not great.

Perfect for big groups, this house has almost everything you need to enjoy your stay. It’s right at the foot of Snow Summit in a beautiful neighbourhood. Just beware that only hand soap is provided, no shampoo or body soap in the bathrooms. The hot tub was super chlorinated, making it impossible to stay without feeling your skin burn.

The house was perfect for a little family reunion. It slept 10 adults easily and was well appointed for the little kiddos as well. Great back patio and plenty of space to spread out.

Would go back again!
My group of friends and I had a very nice weekend at the Amazing Grace Cabin! It was comfortable and cozy and stocked with everything you would need. It looks just like the photos but we were impressed with how big it was. It fit our group of 10 very comfortably! Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would definitely love to go back and stay here again.

Great house for a big, fun family gathering
We had a wonderful time. The house accommodated all of us perfectly! It was a large, clean and updated cabin. Though there was not a direct view of the lake, we were near a park where the kids could play and we could enjoy the view. It was near all the amenities and activities that we wanted to do. We had one small issue which was quickly resolved by a polite workman. The house suited us perfectly!

Very nice house very accommodating for large groups, only thing I wish they would supply toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Our large group greatly enjoyed the layout of the house. The kitchen design makes for easy cooking and serving meals with easy access to the BBQ grill outside. For foodies, there are a few items missing from the kitchen (salad spinner, sharper knives, larger skillet with proper fitting lid). The family room, fireplaces and living room area in addition to the pool table are excellent planned out spaces. It was great to have all the Christmas decorations laid out when we arrived! Thank you for the decorations!
The bedrooms are well planned too but unfortunately the mattresses and linens are not impressive. (With the exception of one or two bed mattresses). Memory foam is known to be toxic, it's uncomfortable for anyone with back issues and is out dated. Most of the bed mattresses are Tempurpedic memory foam. The linens and blankets are poor quality and feel rough to the skin with synthetic blankets that produce too much body heat. This could be an area of easy improvement to make the house 5 star.
The indoor jacuzzi did not heat up. The management company sent someone out right away but the jacuzzi controls were in the locked garage and the controls were not accessible. Another jacuzzi repairman returned a couple of days later (understandably due to Christmas holiday) to fix the problem and the next day the problem returned. We never had the opportunity to take a hot tub after skiing.
Lastly, we were very happy to have a major snow storm for skiing on Christmas Eve. (The management company clearly states in the contract, that if there is snow, they can't be responsible for removal. They offer contact numbers. After multiple calls, it was clear to me that the snow wasn't going to be removed for a least a couple of days as all the companies were completely booked. I spent the entire day clearing snow with a borrowed shovel from the neighbour for a drive way that can handle 6 cars (the home shovels were also in the locked garage). As we were expecting two more cars, I had no choice but to do the shovelling myself. This property is listed as a luxury property. I think that having a service of snow removal is the very least they can offer in a ski oriented village. I'm sure future guests would be more than willing to pay for this service.
Our family did greatly enjoy the property for the holidays and most likely would return again. It would be of great improvement if the owners would consider some of the suggestions listed above. Happy new year!
