Even if your golf game isn't that great, you will love the panoramic views! The Condo is in great condition and beautifully decorated...you'll enjoy the cabin atmosphere and charm. The Condo has a well appointed kitchen and washer/dryer too! There is an Iron and Ironing Board provide just in case you need to touch up a few items. Not only is there a hair dryer in the bathroom, but we also left you some shampoo, conditioner and lotion, just in case you forgot yours. Please Take Advantage of the Free Shuttle to Breckenridge Ski Resort! If you did not get a good enough workout one day, finish up with some reps in the workout area. (Currently closed due to COVID) Conveniently located for easy access to Breckenridge (free shuttle in the winter to Breck), Frisco, Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Loveland and even Vail! Year round activities and festivals abound for all sorts of family entertainment. The property was better than I expected, well appointed and very clean. It was perfect for my stay doing a few days hiking around Breckenridge. There was boiler maintenance happening, but I still managed to have hot showers every day. Lisa was very respoonsive. Highly recommended.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 2 weeks in Breckinridge. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and everything we hoped for. We missed our 50th anniversary trip due to Covid issues. This trip really helped make up for the time we lost. We hope to come back again next year and we would love to stay in the same condo. Communication with Lisa was clear and professional.

Hands down to Lisa! This place is so clean and has everything you need, I couldn’t ask for more. She has all the spices, all the sizes of pots and pans, laundry and cleaning supplies. This place is so close to downtown and hiking trails. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Great location, located halfway between Frisco and Breckenridge. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Building is quiet and there are plenty of places nearby for early morning or evening walks. Loved the outdoor deck at night to enjoy dinner after a day of hiking. Communication from owner was thorough and easy. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended this condo.

The condo is located close to the slopes and town! I caught the bus in the mornings which was down the street to Breck. The kitchen was stocked with clean dishes. The living room was cozy and inviting. Bed was very comfy. Parking lot had many open spaces not far from the building entrance. Will stay again next season!

Perfectly located close to Breckenridge, parking was plentiful, kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer in the unit, comfy bed and pull out sofa, fireplace was nice, 2 large TVs with numerous channels!! Highly recommend! Host was available as well

For our privacy The condo was just far enough out of town but not to far. The condo was perfect size for my wife and I. Great communication with Lisa easy check in easy check out. The ski shuttle was a home run, it made my life easy! Two pub’s down the street for adults beverages was great also. From one Vrbo owner to another thx Lisa

We've stayed here on and off for many years for a winter vacation and this condo is consistently clean, well-equipped and the owner extremely responsive and considerate. It is just outside of Breck across from the golf course. If you're looking for an in-town option this isn't for you but we don't mind the tradeoff of a few minutes drive for the peace and quiet of this community. The building has an outdoor hot tub (although we've never used it), a fair workout room, security and easy parking. There is a grill on a ground floor patio, in-unit laundry, a well-equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. If I had one negative I would say the walls are too thin but most other tenants above and aside have been considerate.

We have found that this property and location to Breckenridge was fantastic. The property was meticulously high quality, fully stocked with all necessary items as to not need anything. Unfortunately we could only stay on day, had a pet issue at home. John J. Kimlinger

I’ve done a bunch of vacation rentals by owner stays and this condo was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The area is quiet and the condo has everything you need. We cooked in several night and made breakfast each morning - the kitchen has everything you need. We’d love to stay here again. Also, the host was extremely responsive!

The condo is wonderful. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Wonderful covered deck and out door dining set. They have a stack washer/dryer in the unit. They respond immediately to questions. First class place to stay!! We would stay there again. We loved it!!!
