Location, location location!! 1bed/1bath condo located behind Maggie Pond, near Peak 9 base, along the Columbine loop. Walk the 1,000 ft (approx. 3.5 city blocks) to the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9 lower base or take the free shuttle to the Peak 9 upper base or gondola. Enjoy all that Breckenridge’s historic downtown has to offer with a quick walk (approx 3.5 city blocks) to Main Street. New kitchen, flooring, furniture, bathroom fixtures, luxury bed/bath linens and gas fireplace. Spend your day on the slopes and come back to your condo to enjoy the newly refinished pool, clubhouse and hot tubs just a short walk from your front door. First floor unit makes for easy access and no stairs! Sleeps 4 adults comfortably on a king bed in the bedroom and a queen pull out sofa, both with memory foam mattresses/toppers. Easy ski storage in unit within a custom ski closet right as you walk in the front door. Extremely well stocked condo with amenities other condos don't offer (extra paper towels, TP, trash bags, spices, napkins, paper plates, condiments, tea pot and tea assortment, pool towels). We invite you to enjoy our family ski condo. A $79 non-refundable damage insurance policy is added to the total booking amount prior to entering your payment information. Unfortunately, this specific fee can not be waived per the owner's home owners insurance policy. We thank you for your understanding.

This condo was perfect for our family of four (2 teenagers). You cannot beat the location, it was a very easy walk to peak 9 and downtown for dinner every night (less than 10 min walk). The hosts were fantastic and very responsive when I had a question. I can’t say enough abt them. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice spot, just felt a little over priced for what it was. Ceiling was paper thin so you heard everything above you. Appreciated the wine, coffee and everything else. Nice spot qith a few limitations.

Exceeded expectations and place was great for all reasons listed in other reviews. Kitchen had everything even good knives. Closer to slopes than expected and easy walk on short-cut path right across from condo. (You don't need to go to Columbine trail). Would stay agian.

We wanted to book a place that was convenient to walk around to the restaurants, bars, and shops. This condo was perfect for my sister and me. Being from Florida, the humidifiers were a great touch for the adjustment to the drier air up here. The hot tubs are very close too! The condo had enough blankets to keep us roasty toasty too!

Andrea is an amazing host—quick responses, extremely accommodating to include a big discount based on being a return guest, allowing our daughter to come spend one night for free and a special bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The apartment is well stocked, sparkling clean, beautifully outfitted and the first floor meant we didn’t have to climb stairs after a long day of skiing. We love this place, this apartment and this host. Will definitely return!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

All was good. Andrea and Dave were responsive and the townhome pics were exactly as it was in person. Main Street in Breckenridge was a short walk from the home. Burro trail was a great hike located behind the townhouse. If I hadn’t lost my lip stick and had to look under the bed and dressers in the bedroom, I would’ve rated the place a 5 for cleanliness. The cleaning lady needs to vacuum under the bed, dressers, end tables, coffee table and couches on occasion.. But over-all, the stay was definitely worth it!

The condo is in a great location and we walked the 5 minutes to and from the Quicksilver lift each day. It’s very clean, comfortable, and easy to control the temperature. The gas fireplace was a huge plus as was the jacuzzi access. The owners were great to deal with and really went above and beyond in making our experience perfect. I will book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to town, easy to find, and clean. The hot tubs were a hit - we visited them every night of our stay. Convenient parking close to the unit. The owner was quick with responses to questions and made great suggestions for activities. Being our first trip to Breckenridge, this was very helpful.

The location of this condo can't be beat, just a 5 minute walk from town. The complex has several hot tubs and a pool and is easy to access. The unit itself is pretty dark, a bit chilly, and you can hear everything from the neighboring unit upstairs, but otherwise is a nice convenient spot in Breckenridge.

This was our first time with renting thru VRBO and we were very happy with the entire experience! The place exceeded our expectations and the hosts were very responsive, allowing us to check in a little early & answering a TV question. Definitely recommend the location for a summer visit- so easy to walk into town. Hosts provided everything we could need plus a lovely bottle of wine. This is the 2nd time we've rented David and Andrea's condo. It is perfect, from the location to town to the little details they put into your stay. We arrived again to a bottle of wine which is always a nice welcome gift. They have thought of EVERYTHING in this condo, and it is decorated so cute. The king bed is super comfy. Our teenager slept on the fold out couch, and he didn't complain at all! WIN!!! They are very responsive to any questions you may have prior or during your stay. I would definitely recommend renting this condo and we will continue to reserve it if it's available. Thank you for a great stay! And, as always, Breckenridge is one of our favorite places, so we can't wait to go back!

This property will not let you down. Exactly what the listing says is here. Such a cute place all decorated perfectly. This place was very clean and had all the amenities you would ever need on a trip and more. Andrea and Dave have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing. Also this condo is in great walking distance to everything. We walked to town, the gondula and even to the local troll. We love this town and found our favorite place to stay!

What a great experience from first communication with owners to the property itself. Very clean and equipped unit. Comfortable master bed, and great sofa sleeper. Plenty of extra bedding appreciated the little extras like popcorn a bottle of wine. On our next trip to Brek we will be looking to stay here again
