Easy 5-10 min walk to lift. Living area comfortable for large family. The only inconvenience was no washer/dryer in the house. Coin operated on side of building.

Spent Spring Break skiing with my kids and overall I couldn't be happier. I would absolutely stay here again Clean and comfortable if a bit dated. But a short walk to the lift easily made up for any shortcomings and made it easy to get on the first lifts of the day as well as home for lunch and back on the slopes. It was great to have a reserved parking spot right out front. Shared washer/dryer is right below the condo and worked well. If the listing said they were coin-op, I missed it and it took some effort to find quarters.

Good location - about 10 minute walk to and from the lift, and very close to Main Street. The place was large for 8 adults and didn’t feel crammed. Would stay again

7 adult men shared this condo for a ski week in January. Great home that sleeps 6 comfortably, 2 more in top bunks. 2 more on couches.... Close to hot tubs and 10 minute walk downhill to the quicksilver lift (wear shoes, not ski boots!) The walk home can be tiresome after a day on the slopes. Overnight Ski check at the peak 9 base is recommended so you don't have to carry back and forth.

Great place very spacious walked to and from lift with ski boots not far at all. Will be booking again.

This property could use some updating, but it was convenient and clean. I would rent it again.

We had a great time. Very convenient to be able to walk to Quicksilver lift/the Maggie as well as Main Street. There was even a baby gate available that we used for the upstairs railing. (We had brought one but wouldn’t next time.) We had very easy communication with the owner and the property management. I agree with others that some of it was dated, but I have no complaints about that because it was clean and that’s what really matters. We didn’t have any issues with the rooms being too cold (even though it was FREEZING outside, like negative digits). It was perfect for us and we’d stay there again.

Great spot to be in Breck, very walkable to the base of peak 9 and to the main st. As for the house, it was clean and plenty big enough for my family.

Our family loved this condo. So much space and plenty of bathrooms for a family of six. We loved spending time in the family room at night looking at the snowfall through all the windows and enjoying the fireplace. Everything was clean and sanitized when we arrived. The walk to quicksilver lift is only a 5 minute walk and hot tubs are just a few steps away. We loved our stay here and will definatly book again in the future!

Very hot in lower bedrooms. Could have used a sound bar for music. Can beat the location and the price!

Great location & space!
Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic but we were able to stay for a few nights. This condo has a great amount of space and has everything you need during your stay. You cannot beat the location! Only 5 minute walk to chair lift and only a 1 minute walk to hot tubs. Property manager has been wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Looking forward to going back next year!

The question I always want answered is, would you stay there again, and in this case the answer is definitely YES!
PROS:
1) Owner very friendly and accessible. He responded to all my emails and answered all my questions. Made us feel welcome.
2) Management company very helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. A couple of times during our stay we needed assistance and they came through every time.
3) Location is outstanding. We walked to downtown and to peak 9 lifts.
4) Free shuttle service provided was AWESOME. We walked a lot but when we didn't want to walk we called the free shuttle and it took us where we needed to go. A couple of times we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle but most times it was there in 15 minutes or less.
5) Gas grill on the balcony was nice. We used it a couple of times for burgers and steaks.
6) Community hot tub was great. From our lodging to the hot tub was less than a 2 minute walk. A little chilly coming back from the hot tub but still enjoyable.
7) Never ran out of hot water and water pressure was awesome. We had 8 people staying here.
CONS:
1) First of all the condo was warm and comfortable and we would have no issues staying here again. But that being said, the condo needs some updating and some new "stuff".
2) The blinds on the windows are old and some of the blinds we were not able to open or close. Get some new usable blinds.
3) The carpet is old and stained in places. Not terrible and awful stains so that you are disgusted, but still noticeable. Get some new carpet.
4) Condo was clean, but dusty on flat surfaces. Get your cleaning people to pay better attention to dusting.
5) The washer and dryer is in the basement and costs money to use. The basement is accessed from outside the condo.
This is definitely not very user friendly.
6) The bedding, although clean, was old and very used. There were some small tears in a couple of the quilts / blankets. Get some new bed coverings.
7) The condo sleeps 8 easily and the dining table seats 8 easily but there were only 7 chairs. Get another chair.
8) Parking was hit and miss. Others parked in front of our condo and we had to find a place further away.
9) Parking in the town of Breckenridge is awful!! Take the shuttle or walk or Uber. You will be frustrated with the parking in town.
10) The Walmart in Frisco is weird. No produce, no fruits or vegetables, and the only meat is hamburger meat. The layout is crazy. You have been warned:)

The condo was comfortable and in a good location for use of pool and hot tubs as well as ease of getting into town. The condo gets lots of light and therefore could use blinds on all of the windows as well as blinds on the glass door to balcony. The bedroom blinds are also broken and therefore limited the use of the back sliding glass door.

A great place for a winter retreat
This is a fine place for a group of people to stay! The downstairs twin bedroom was frigid, but adding blankets made it good. The pictures are a little outdated, so there are a few things not pictured like a nice hdtv. Be aware that the 3rd floor room is a doorless loft. But it's still pretty private. The house really is a 5 minute walk to the lift through the Marriott bridge. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off around town, ran through the property management company. Just need a 20 minute notice.
Overall, the place is very solid, I went with 4 stars because of the issues with heating in the basement, broken dishwasher, and sand bag pillows. The pool/hot tub, location to slopes, and shuttle make this place a very good deal.

Comfortable reasonably priced accommodations
The condo was clean and spacious. Walking distance to downtown area was under 10 leisurely mins using path way. We even had a local fox family to watch. Would definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd time stay since winter of 2015. Love the location!!! Other than all the mattresses need to be replaced to provide a comfortable sleep after each long n full day of snowboarding n skiiing; we all enjoyed our stay here. We’ll be back.

Condo needs updating
When we arrived at the unit the carpet was so filthy in every room. After contacting the owner of the condo, who lives out of state, he made arrangements to have the carpet cleaned the next day. The management team was responsive but they should have some quality control measures in place to make sure the units are clean. None of the throw rugs had been washed, including all of the bathrooms' rugs.

Great Condo for a party of 6 enthusiastic Skiers
We had a great stay in this super cozy condo during our two weeks of skiing holidays.
The bedrooms are spacious and have all comfort we needed. For a party of 6, there is plenty of space to relax in the evening without sitting on each other.
The kitchen is well equipped with sufficient toys to prepare ambitious meals.
We stayed 2 weeks in this condo and had a great holiday.
The only little downside was one day of really nasty wheather with wind and cold: There was quite some draft through the windows and the heating was slightly overburdened. However, the management lend us two space heaters on short notice which fixed this problem quickly.
So all in all: Great!
Regards,
Felix

Fantastic stay and close to Peak 9's lift
We loved it here! It was cozy and comfortable. Not sure why other reviewer said it was "dated"... yes it isn't a modern decor but you see what you get in the pictures. It was clean and we were glad to have 3 bathrooms. The owner was also super helpful in answering all my questions like parking, what's provided, how to get the lifts, etc.
It was a 2 minute walk to the pool and hot tub. There were indoor and outdoor options and a heated pool (but still too chilly for me). It was a 5-10 min walk to the Quicksilver chair. The tip-basis shuttle run by the management office was great. You can give them a call the day before and schedule a pick up and drop-off to the Gondola to reach Peak 7. And call them 10 minutes before to request a pick up from the gondola or anywhere around town. More convenient than the Breckenridge black and yellow free public bus routes which the closest stop was at the Peak 9, Beaver run... so you'd have to ski/board down to Quicksilver and walk back.
Management office was super helpful as well and allowed us to mail some ski lift tickets to them in advance. Check in was smooth and easy.

Good location.. Kitchen nice... Outdated otherwise but plenty of space for 2 families
Good location for Breck. Especially if skiing. Walking distance to lift and Main Street.
If booking with owner make sure not to deal with his son. They both book reservations and don't communicate with each other. When we arrived to check into our condo, The condo owner and his son never told the management company we were coming, even though they had no problem taking our money to "reserve" the condo.
Arriving at check in super excited with what we thought was a confirmation email from the condo owner and with three kids and a small 5 month old after a 2hr drive, we couldn't even check in because the owners and son couldnt communicate our reservation, pretty pathetic. I had to spend 2hours calling VRBO and dealing with anxious kids/wife to get ahold of the condo owner on a Saturday afternoon to figure out what was going on and if I had been ripped off. On top of that it was my Birthday and was with a childhood friend visiting Colorado for the first time in 10yrs. The owner of the management company was very nice but obviously had issues with this specific location and owner in the past from her explanation to me.
We finally got keys and when we arrived the condo was pretty dirty with a cleaning crew still in the place, that we had to ask to leave. For our "inconvenience" the condo owner called to apologize and also sent over a warm six pack of beer and warm bottle of Chardonnay. Nice gesture but could have used a discount at Fatty's to feed the kids and we could have bought cold beer ourselves.
Overall pretty annoying experience given how long before our trip we booked the reservation with this owner and paid for everything. We met our end of the bargain paying the owner on time only to arrive extremely excited for our vacation to begin with out a condo reservation and large sum of money missing from our bank account. Will never book this place again. Very Disappointed Coloradan that got bit dealing with an out of state condo owner. Thanks.

Lovely property!
We were well pleased with our stay at Christiana Unit 1. It was perfect for the six of us to spend a week in Breckenridge. Plenty of privacy for all. Awesome walk into town! Would definitely stay there again! Kaufmanns

Family Reunion Ski Week
We had a great time at this condo. It was very comfortable and spacious. The TV's in the bedrooms did not work properly, and the VCR would not operate. The bunk beds up on the third floor felt like they had rocks in the mattresses. The beds downstairs were very comfortable, and having three full baths is a huge plus. The walk to the slopes is just a few minutes, and town is just a minute or two more. The location is fantastic. The one thing that upset us very much is the parking. The property management company said only one car was to be parked at the condo (or it would be towed) because parking is such a premium at the resort. Well, there were two spaces for each condo at this complex. We had to park our second car way out of town in a muddy lot that cost $5 a day. If you rent a condo that sleeps 10 people and there are two spaces to park, you should be able to park your cars there. This was not mentioned before and I would have liked to have known that we had to park the car so far away and pay for it. I think the property management company has a deal with the parking authorities to make a little extra money. That was our only disappointment. We've stayed at Christiana before in another condo, parked two cars and did not have a problem. A heads up would have been appreciated.
