Nice place but the blender and toaster didn't work, we didn't try the microwave so I don't know snoot that. The lave was beautiful though. No what I expected but still good. I would stay again.

Overall it was a great stay! Itās unfortunate that there were no extra things-cooking oil, coffee filters, salt/pepper. But it was nice there was a restaurant and coffee house in the main building. We did find a previous persons shorts and toy shark, so the cleaning could have been a tad better but overall Iād recommend this condo to another person. Location is also very nice too. Beach is a short walk and there are a ton of restaurants a short car distance away.

The pool area was great for kids and the bar was great for adults. The room itself was outdated. The kitchen needs an upgrade and the press and pans are all warped making cooking difficult The shower head in the master bedroom tried to peel our skin off while the toilet took forever to flush and the sink was backed up. These were minor issues so we would definitely stay here again if we needed to.

We really enjoyed the Palms of Destin. This condo unit was what we were looking for. However, it needs some important maintenance. The door would not close and lock properly without us checking it every time. This was not safe! The walk-in shower door didn't shut properly. The kitchen faucet was broken. There were several other minor things as well. We didn't let all of this ruin our vacation, but it did diminish the enjoyment of our stay.

So as always, we pull out the Clorox wipes and wipe down. The carpet is disgusting. The faucet in the kitchenā¦ trash. It leaks and only allows you to turn on hot water. The ice makerā¦ also trash and thereās a broken door shelf in the fridge. I sat something on top of the little refrigerator and when I took it down a lot of dust came with itā¦..disgusting! We were looking for a can opener to cook..LOL itās brokenā¦ all three of them. We tried to heat something in the microwaveā¦. Itās also broken. It runs but doesnāt heat. I emailed them about it. She emailed back saying someone would be over shortly to take care of itā¦ they never showed. Oh and the garbage disposal smells horrible. The shower door in the bathroom doesnāt close and the toilet paper holder was broken. We were trying the vacuum the floor and of courseā¦. The vacuum doesnāt do anything but leave lines in the carpet as if it was freshly vacuumed. Lastly, apparently they have rats also because there was one that was still alive but dying on the walkway by the entrance door. We were not satisfied with or stay. Next year my family and I will not be booking here again. If youāre planning on booking this locationā¦ think again. Thereās much better places on the other side of the hwy thatās actually worth it.

Nice place could have been better experience if was properly cleaned.
Cleaning was a issue when we arrived. Lots of areas were missed. Dusting very over looked. Soap scum on bathroom countertops and bathtub missed. Toilets not properly cleaned. I put almost all of problems on Cleaning crew. Someone should be checking this out before guests arrive.

Spring break at the Palms of Destin
The facility was nice. Great coffee shop and restaurant. Great pool area. Awesome shuttle service, would like to see more stops added. Easy to use tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and nice equipment. The size of the unit was perfect for me, my husband and our two 14 year old boys, but we would have been uncomfortable if we would have had any more. The bedroom with the trundle beds was very small, there was enough space to pull out the bed and walk to the bathroom. It would not have been comfortable for adults in my opinion. I would recommend this property. The pool area was also very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. I just wish that we had sheets for all the beds, pillow cases, and comforters. It wasn't very clean either. Still, it was located near everything! The pool area and service was awesome! Check in and out was awesome! We had a lovely room, view, and time. I'd definitely go again.

Nice condo and great location
Just one thing to say about Destin....do not go there if you know of any bad weather, such as hurricanes, will appear during your trip. Everything shuts down for days prior and after the weather.

Lovely stay for family
We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and tidy. It had all the pots, pans, baking dishes, dishes and silverware we needed plus some...I was surprised to see the toaster, blender, electric can opener! We didnāt use the beach bus shuttle because we had so much beach stuff and we were doing our best to stay socially distant. We drove the two minute drive to the beach access just across 98 (it was super crowded) or drove five minutes to Henderson beach state park (so much more space to spread out). The restaurant and coffee on site is good and they do to-go orders. The Back Porch is just a couple minutes away. It was lovely.

Great value and bar restaurant excellent
The main complaint was the bed in the second room was short- tall people will not fit. Check in could be easier as we had to go to the lobby and wait in line to check in. A lockbox or another way to get keys and bracelets with personless contact would have been more ideal. Food was great and accommodations great for the price.

Much needed vacation
Lovely condo! The 2nd bedroom was way smaller than expected but we only needed it to sleep! We went to the pool everyday, it was so relaxing and my children of course loved it! Will definitively use your services again :)

Awful will not stay here ever again
Bathrooms were dirty, check in personnel was not helpful, you need to take a shuttle to get to the beach. Pool area was not clean. Will definitely not ever stay at this property.
