About this house rental
Nestled in Bend, this lovely house for $376 per night is a great choice for your next trip. If you want the perks of being in the center of it all, while enjoying the quiet neighborhood here ya go! Upstairs has two full sized beds with a full bath. The downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed, full bath, kitchen and dining area. Additional room on main level can be used as office, reading room, kids play room - you pick how you'd like to use it. Sit outside on the traditional bungalow front porch or enjoy the private fenced backyard with pavers and outdoor comfortable seating while you BBQ. The house is fully furnished with including all linens and kitchen “equipment”. Occasionally I stay in this house to see if I'm missing anything, and encourage guests for their suggestions. Earlier in the summer a toaster oven was suggested - AWESOME and simple and it keeps the heat out of the house. I love this little gem and I would encourage you to contact me with any comments, questions or suggestions. Please be a good neighbor and follow these guidelines. 1. 24-Hour Contact Information. If at any time you have concerns about your stay or in regards to your neighbors, please call the 24-hour contact number listed in the rental lease agreement or posted in the unit. In the event of an emergency, please call 911. 2. General Respect for Neighbors. Be friendly, courteous, and treat your neighbors like you want to be treated. Respect your neighbors and their property. 3. Noise. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property, especially after 10:00 p.m. 4. Maintenance of Property. Be sure to pick up after yourself and keep the property clean, presentable, and free of trash. 5. Garbage Disposal. Place trash and recycling containers at the appropriate place and time for pickup. Return trash and recycling containers to the designated location within 12 hours after pickup. Cigarette butts should be properly extinguished and disposed of in the garbage. 6. Parking & Traffic Safety. Refer to the parking diagram posted in the unit and park on-site whenever possible. Do not park on lawns or park in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing. 7. Pets. Promptly clean-up after your pets. Prevent excessive and prolonged barking, and keep pets from roaming the neighborhood. Control aggressive pets, and be sure to abide by the local leash laws. Store pet food indoors and in a secure container to reduce the likelihood of unwanted pest problems. 8. Tenant/Guest Responsibility. Approved guests and visitors are expected to follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines. Be sure to read your rental agreement for additional terms and restrictions which may include consequences for violating the Good Neighbor Guidelines.

We had a great time in Bend. The house was perfect! We could walk everywhere and great outdoor spaces in the front and backyard for our dog and for relaxing. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Nice clean pet friendly home. While we had her kennel with us, our dog Karen loved the big comfy dog bed provided while we were in the house. We enjoyed the side patio and front porch. the river and downtown and local restaurants are an easy walk.

The home was exactly what we needed staying in Bend for the week with our dog. The home was inviting and nice to stay at. We walked or rode bikes often to Drake Park, or nearby eateries and breweries. In the evening the porch was perfect for having a brew as well. If you’re over 6’ tall prepare to duck from time to time going through doorways though or staying upstairs.

All was good and accurate per listing. The only thing amiss from the property information was that the front shed did not have a lock/key.

Overall the house was clean and much like the photos. Kitchen and living room were comfortable and clean. However, the bathrooms are old and outdated. Shower areas were moldy and mildewed. Tubs were high and hard for older people to climb in and out of. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep and odd heights. Not ideal for very young or older people with mobility issues. The outside sitting areas were a nice bonus.

We had a wonderful time at staying in this home. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of many many restaurants, downtown, and the river. The home was very clean well stocked and private. The neighborhood is very quiet. Also, if you were traveling with two couples the sleeping arrangements are very private.
We travel with our dog so the backyard is wonderful to have for her. Our travels take us to Bend at least once a year and we have stayed at many places but this one is the absolute best.

We had an issue upon arrival, which had to be addressed. The property manager & Kate were immediately available to remedy the situation. Not an ideal start to our trip, but they were helpful & accommodating. After the issue was resolved, we loved our stay. The front porch & side patio were great for sitting out in the evenings. The kitchen had what we needed (including a crockpot!). The home is a short drive to the grocery store or downtown and it is walking distance to several restaurants/brew pubs. We used Bend as our base to explore Smith Rock State Park, Crater Lake, Mt. Bachelor and South Sister. It was perfectly located for those excursions as well.

The house is within walking distance of bagels, tacos, and breweries in one direction and a delightful grocery store in the other. The kitchen has everything a cook would want and the beds are a comfort after hiking in the area. We loved it!

We stayed in this home for a month and loved our time at this home and in Bend. The home is in a quiet yet in the middle of it all neighborhood. Walk to the river, Drake Park, downtown Bend, coffee, the Old Mill District, food trucks, to restaurants and grocery stores. The home is clean and has about everything one would need! We loved our stay in this home and would recommend it to any small group (up to 4 adults). We hope to rent this home again!

We walked every day to everything. 5 minute walk to two breweries, two coffee shops, a bagel spot, a food truck lot, and a 7 -11. 10 minute walk from where you finish tubing on the river. 20 minute walk to all the restaurant and bars of bend.
