The upstairs master bedroom has a king-sized memory foam mattress, while there is also a king size 16" tall Seeley inflatable bed with self-inflator in the bed (inflates or deflates in less than 5 minutes). The fully stocked kitchen is appointed with Quartz countertops and GE slate appliances. The stunning living room is furnished with leather sofa and love seat and a 75" HD Samsung QLED Smart TV for your enjoyment. The downstairs efficiency boasts a kitchenette and living room that is furnished with a leather love seat, futon/sofa and a day bed with a trundle as well as a 75" UHD QLED Smart TV. The back door leads to the private fenced patio area with gas grill and lagoon water view. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and a 65" UHD Smart TV. The property is just minutes away from all of the area's best attractions, and guests are sure to get a true Panama City Beach experience.

I had a wonderful time staying at the townhouse my family couldn't get enough of it . The townhouse is located in a perfect location for fun for the kids we had to much fun we didn't want to leave.

The property was very clean, and property owner had the air turned on for us when we arrived. Property is simply located about 10 minutes from everything you’d want to do. It’s about 20 minutes from pier park. Any issues we had, which were very little, were immediately taken care of by the property owner. There is a go kart track right beside the property, but you can not hear the gocarts at night. The property came with beach chairs, A two wheeled beach cart, a small cooler, and a propane grill. All the bedding, cookware and utensils you could possibly want. Property had two blenders for your use. There is an upstairs and downstairs, and our family love that. There is a huge blowup, king-size bed, that is very comfortable. for Your relaxation, there is a huge Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. It is a eight minute drive to Saint Andrews State Park, where the snorkeling was amazing. It is a short drive to major restaurants. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here to do so. The property owner is very easily accessible and very quick to respond with any questions or issues that you have. We only had two issues, and they were taken care of very very promptly. We will be staying here again Or at one of the other properties that he owns. Thank you again for one of the most amazing vacations we have ever had.

The property line is shared with a go kart track. That would have been nice to know before booking. The go kart belts squeal until at least 11 pm. There was no grill, which was fine once we realized we would not be hanging out in back. The rental has an awkward set up for families. The kids had to all sleep upstairs on the floor because the down stairs is accessed through the garage and you need a code to get in. It would be nice for adults or two families, but not really suited for little kids. The pillows were old and stained and the blankets were dirty. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach was short. I don’t think I would stay at this property again

This property was a great getaway for my group of friends. It is a close walk to the beach, very close to some great restaurants that were a walkable distance, and a very nice home to stay in. The host offers his support for any problem you may have so I highly recommend this location.

The condo is located in a really great location. You’re within minutes of several different attractions, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It was clean and looked as advertised. However, if you’re traveling with children younger than 12, the layout of the condo isn’t designed for families. Not all would agree, but I have a 7 and 9 year old so staying in the room down in the garage area or even upstairs alone isn’t a good alternative for my family. Also we were told there was a quiet time policy but the neighbors were throwing a party and had loud music going until 3 in the morning and these same neighbors continuously had their garage open and smoking lots of weed from the smells of it. Again, some won’t mind, just not something I want my children around. Overall, we liked the condo; we really weren’t there a lot due to tournaments but it was a nice place to be able to come back to after a long day at the park.

Excellent condo--clean; very spacious; fantastic kitchens with new appliances; really comfortable beds; plentiful counter space and great water pressure in bathroom; fabulous flooring (no carpeting!). Condo is near a commercial area and we could hear some music at night but it didn't last too late and wasn't terribly annoying. Overall a great place and we would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to others.

My husband and I decided to get away for a last minute vacation. The home was very clean and perfect for our needs. Great location, amenities and I loved the fenced in area for our dogs. Will be staying here again!

Great place. The unit was very clean.
We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Pet friendly for our fur babies and my son n nephews enjoyed having the bottom floor to themselves. The unit is super nice and so is the owner. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

Great week at PCB
I can't say enough good things about my stay at gulf lagoon beach. loved the furnishings, the ample space, the neighborhood, proximity to the beach and my view from where I set up my remote work desk. (it was a working vacation) I wish I could move in forever. :) I will definitely be back for a visit!

Very pleased. Very clean which is my top priority and we cleaned the whole time we were there. It was spotless when we left this morning. Pictures of property accurately displayed Dave was great. We had a great time.

Location was perfect and the townhouse was very cute and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy. Garage was a little tight but we were able to park car inside it which was nice. They do ask you to strip beds and wash towels upon departure which was not a big deal but the first time I’ve been asked to do that especially with a cleaning fee added in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and easy to access. The neighborhood it was in was very nice and gated. It is across the street from the beach access but wasn’t a problem for us. Would recommend to others and would stay again.
