Get cozy in the living room with a fire in the fireplace or to watch the big game on the large flat screen TV. The gorgeous high-end kitchen has stainless steel appliances accented by light wood cabinetry, custom concrete countertops with an eat-in counter that will seat everyone in your group. After a big day of skiing, take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates. This place is an easy walk up from downtown Breck; which made a stroll to grab breakfast or a drink very enjoyable. We really enjoyed the bubbling stream outside of the building which sounded lovely when the windows were open.
The space itself was perfect for my wife and I; we had a 2nd bathroom when we needed it and plenty of kitchen space to cook and eat in.

We really appreciated the location of our town home being in Breckenridge. There were many trails we could get to with ease which is why we chose this property. It was a clean, warm and cozy place to return to after a fun day of hiking and exploring. In the evening we were in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Loved it!

The property was just right for our family. Our college-aged kids enjoyed staying upstairs in the loft area. It was a nice, short walk to the Main Street area as well as several hiking/biking trails. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for just under a week. This property is close to the Historic Main Street and Gondola. The management company stayed in touch, providing resources, and neighborhood hints. The Blue River runs right between the complex buildings, and we enjoyed the peaceful sound of the river flowing at night. The kids enjoyed the lofted room.
The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed! I was quite surprised at all the kitchen utensils, and appliances provided.
We would recommend this property to others, for sure!

Condo was well equipped for our needs. The condo is located next to a running stream (end of June) which was nice to listen to at night. A very short walk to the sawmill and snowflake trailhead for an easy trail to acclimate to altitude. All restaurants were walking distance bc a short walk down 4’oclock road puts you at the heart of downtown Breck.
Laundry is a shared facility, which I overlooked when booking, so we didn’t do laundry, but it was not an issue for us. The pool is roughly a 200-250 yd walk and shared by several other condos, so we didn’t swim like we normally would have, but again, it wasn’t an issue for us.
The management was very responsive and helpful.
We were very comfortable and appreciated the price of the condo. We would rent again.

We had a great stay at this property. The location is ideal for skiing and walking into town. Being on the 3rd floor could be a challenge for some but it’s manageable. The condo was clean and comfortable.
We had a bit of confusion with check in, but we worked it all out. Would stay again.

Our second family spring break at this location. A great spot for hitting the slopes (true ski in and ~100 yard walk to the Snowflake lift) with easy walking access to town.
My only constructive criticism would be that the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. I slept in a trough:)

The apartment is in a fabulous location. Very close to the Snowflake Lift and also a great ski hire place where you can also leave your skis. Great for a family of 4 and also a very easy walk down to the Main Street. All in all would recommend.

This is a great, ski in / walk out spot if you're looking for ski holiday accommodation. Short walk from main street, as well as super-accessible to ski lifts and runs. Communication with property manager was easy, but we had everything we needed. If you have any mobility issues, this isn't the place for you as it's on the 3rd floor with no lift - particular in icy winter on external stairs. A few light bulbs need replacing and it's perhaps time for new pillows, but otherwise accommodation was great.

The property is on a 3rd floow and we were not advised. We were traveling with senior people that had a very hard time becouse of thath. The pool is not within the building. Instead, we had to walk more than 2 blocks to get to the pool. The laundry and dryer machine were not in the apartment and we had to pay for using it. Very disapointed!

Great location with this comfortable well appointed condo. It was only myself skiing and occupying the property so as far as I was concerned it provided everything I needed and I’m sure if my wife had come along she would have been very comfortable here as well. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking the bathroom and shower were great finally the bed was comfortable and I really appreciate the steamer for added humidity for a more comfortable sleep experience.

We come to Breckinridge every year for thanksgiving . We have stayed at different places every time we come. This was another perfect year to our annual thanksgiving Colorado vacation. Kids enjoyed the loft and we enjoyed the house . Climbing the stairs after a long day skiing was hard but we made it! Thanks again!

The unit served its purpose. Good location and plenty of roomour group of 5. The home is in need of some updating. The living couch is in dire need of replacement and three of the windows weren’t functional when we arrived. Property management did repair the windows and also had to replace the dishwasher while we were there. The bed on the master does not provide for the most comfortable sleep.

This condo is located a short walking distance to town and to the lift system in the winter. It’s very well equipped and works well for 2 to 4 people. It will sleep 6 as long as you don’t mind close quarters. The views are nice since the condo is on the 3rd floor. Laundry facilities in the basement are handy - just make sure you bring quarters. We had a great time !

The Snowflake lift is right up the block from the parking lot along with charter sports ski/snowboard rental shop if you don't bring your own equipment and the 4 o'clock trail runs right behind the Condo for literal ski in access when you are done.. You couldn't ask for better access to the mountain without having to do shuttles. The condo was perfect for our family, with the teenagers having the rule of the loft upstairs. Close to downtown and main street and all the food and shops. Would definitely book again if we make another trip to Breck.

We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge! The location and set up of this property was perfect. The board games and cards came in handy for the kids on a rainy evening and the kitchen was extremely well stocked for our evenings dining in. We were also able to walk to everything…shops, restaurants, gondola and so on! There is so much to do in the area, however if you are looking to take a day trip to Copper Mnt, Vail, Winter Park, and even Aspen Snowmass, you can’t go wrong by staying here!

End of Summer Get Away!
We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge! The location and set up of this property was perfect. The board games and cards came in handy for the kids on a rainy evening and the kitchen was extremely well stocked for our evenings dining in. We were also able to walk to everything…shops, restaurants, gondola and so on! There is so much to do in the area, however if you are looking to take a day trip to Copper Mnt, Vail, Winter Park, and even Aspen Snowmass, you can’t go wrong by staying here!

Open concept with fun decor and great location! Easy walk to downtown and to the snowflake lift. The property managers were extremely helpful with anything we needed. Only issue is very limited parking - our son joined us for a couple days and we had to use an overnight public lot. The loft was a perfect place for him to stay and there is a full bathroom upstairs . Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
