The shower on the upper floor has a handle that falls off when you try and us it. The bathroom on the main floor has a handle on the sink that falls off if you use it. The lower floor has a broken light switch. The refrigerator has a blown light bulb. The outside grill is missing the knob for the center grill. The TV in the upper bedroom does not tune to any channels. These are all minor issues, however they need to be fixed. All could be fixed in a day and this place would be great.

We would rent this again for sure. It was everything we wanted for skiing, shopping, eating and personal space though we were a two generation family of five. The jacuzzi was definitely value added!!! Overall the place was clean and very comfortable. It just needs a "traditional spring cleaning" to get to dust that accumulates behind the scenes.

Be advised, the bunks down there are open to the living space. The hot tub on the back porch was clutch! The kids were happy to swim in it vs going up to the pool. The walk up to snowflake lift took about 4 minutes. Most days we had someone staying with us drop us off at the top. The ski back in is easy with almost no poling required. We loved being in between peak 8 and peak 9. Only major concern was the lack of cookware. Considering we had small children, we cooked and ate in every night and also for lunch each day. Pots/pans were very old, some unusable. Also lack of utensils, bowls, etc. However, that is an easy fix and it was overall a great stay.

The condo for being beautifully remodeled, is not up to date, there are a lot of issues with things. The carpet is coming up, the bathroom shower handle and toilet seat were not secured. The washer/dryer nob was broken. The kitchen faucet doesn't work properly. The kitchen was stocked well.
The hot tub did not work at all while we were there. The management company tried to facilitate this but was not helpful. When we asked for part of our money back, it was difficult to get them to reimburse us. The community hot tub was a cold, far walk and was very crowded.

6 40+ males for a guys trip in late September. Location was perfect, minutes from main street. Hot tub and deck were excellent and plenty of room for all of us.

The place is nice, but for a newly remodel there were a lot of things broken - towel racks, dead lights. The place checks all the boxes though for us for a long summer weekend. Easy walk to town and plenty of space for our crew. If you have more than one cat, you’ll need to park it near the airport road, the place only allows for one car.

Last year we spotted this end unit with hottub on the back porch and knew this is where we wanted to stay! Our young children loved playing in the Sawmill creek that runs behind the condo. During the summer, the Four O’clock run turns to a grassy field/trail full of wild flowers. It was nice to sit on the back porch and watch the children play. The hot tub was large, clean and a great end to our busy days. The kitchen is updated and a powder room located on the main level was convenient. The living room TV is a smart TV so we could watch our favorite movies and shows. There was plenty of space and could have easily accommodated more family members comfortably. The location is perfect as it feels like you are nestled in the woods but are really just a 5 minute easy walk to town. CONS: It is really a 3 bedroom with an additional bunk area down in the basement. It would be hard to share the space with a second family due to there only being one small/outdated bathroom upstairs that is shared by all 3 bedrooms. There is an additional full bathroom down in the basement, but it is down several flights of stairs. The bunk area would be fun for teens as it has a living area with TV and foosball in the same space. However, even in August, the space remained very dark and cold. Only one car is allowed. Additional cars must be parked at paid parking fairly far away, up by the airport. Overall, the United was perfect for our family! We had a great time on our vacation. This property was perfect for our family of six, and the location was close enough to Main St to walk easily. The hot tub was wonderful and well maintained during our stay! The condo does have a little bit of wear and tear, but nothing that would stop us from staying here again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Sunset #4. It was easy to get the kids to Beaver Run ski school using the shuttle shop right outside the condo. Skiing into the back porch from 4 O’clock run was also ideal for the adults (you must be able to ski Blue to access that run). The setup of bunk beds and another living space in the basement allowed the kids to have their own area and some kid-free time in the evenings for the adults. We will definitely be staying here again!

We booked this place very last minute and could not have been more pleased. Fantastic location. 200 yard walk to the the lift (also has a spot to drop off via car) then ski right up to the back porch. 5 min walk to town and along the bud route. Initially, the hot tub wasn’t getting warmer that 96. We called the rental company and they had a technician servicing it within an hour and it warmed right up. Probably operator error on our end. My boys loved playing foosball all weekend and we loved having them down in the basement “clubhouse” as they called it while we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace upstairs. We would recommend this place to anyone and definitely will return.

Simple, nice place - and well kept. Back deck is very nice with a walking trail and creek right off the deck. Great hot tub - only one that we saw in this townhouse development. Location is excellent, just a short walk to mainstreet. We would stay here again.

Great location to ski in/short walk to lift and easy walking distance to town. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware to eat in. Hot tub is a nice bonus. The fourth "bedroom" is two bunk beds (four beds) in the basement game room, which works great for kids but an all-adult group may not appreciate it as much. A dresser in the second king bedroom would be helpful; the closet has plenty of room to fit one.
