Great little rental property off the beaten path - was nice to sit down and relax after 2 long days looking for a home for my daughter who is moving to the Colorado Springs community. After a few days of exploring neighborhoods all around the north areas of the Springs, we found a home just blocks away from the property. The home has wonderful amenities to compliment the stay - comfy bed, updated facilities, and a patio that I'm sure is a fun place to relax in summer weather. Host is available for any additional needs. Check this place out if you're looking for an economical spot to stay during your trip to the Springs! You won't be disappointed!

We stayed at this beautiful location and it was the perfect amount of space for my family of 3. The space was perfectly clean when we arrived and the shower alone is enough for me to rebook this space in the future!
We had some issues with our lock not working during our stay but the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful and always sent help right away. 5/5 communication and help!
If you’re looking for a cozy space in an awesome location (literally minutes away from downtown, restaurants and coffee shops, pikes peak, garden of the gods, etc.) do not hesitate to book this house. You won’t regret it!

This cute little house was perfect for my birthday trip! It’s situated right around downtown Colorado Springs, the neighborhood was fairly quiet for being so close to downtown. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed it for and I already miss the shower! I do wish the TV was a little bit bigger. We also utilized the washer and dryer no issues there. There’s also ample amounts of storage in the bedroom and bathroom if you are having a long stay. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was our first Vrbo. The property was a great little house perfect for the two of us. It is in a terrific location. We were 10 to 15 minutes in all directions to the places we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend for a couple looking to sight see Colorado Springs.

Property manager Mary was available for contact when needed and location was close to downtown. Only suggestion I have and just my opinion, I would make the tv room a little cozier like the seating area to recline as well as a bigger hot water heater. Ran out of hot water pretty quick, but overall clean and perfect for a couple.

This property was perfect for our needs. We live in Colorado Springs and needed a place to stay while our hardwood floors were being refinished. We submitted a request on very short notice and we were accepted in a very timely manner. The property is very well cared for and the pride in ownership is apparent. The modern upgrades, cleanliness, location and communication from property manager make this property one I would stay at again if the need arises. My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. The house was stocked with what we needed including laundry detergent. The bed was comfortable and the house was very clean. We were close enough to be able to walk to the downtown area a couple times and close to access other areas that we were visiting. We really enjoyed our time here and would return in the future!

This is a charming property in a quiet neighborhood ideally suited for our extended weekend introduction to the Colorado Springs area. We found the unit itself to be perfectly tidy and welcoming upon our arrival. Our Vrbo agent was exceptional and the entire process from first contact to checkout was seamless. Also, the property is just a couple of minutes from I 25 and we found several terrific outdoor/hiking locations within a 15-20 minute drive.
We recommend this unit highly and would look to rent again when we return to the area.

Very nice stay. Quiet. Nice street. Great view. Easy access to 1-25. Five minutes to downtown Old Colorado City and downtown Colorado Springs. Communication with the owner was great. I could tell they cared about my stay. Very friendly neighbors, especially the squirrels. They were fun to watch. The house was much nicer than it appears online. Ad, yes, I would stay there again.

We stayed at this VRBO for a couple of nights while we were checking out Colorado Springs. The house had everything we needed. Loved the minimalist mid century feel. If we come back to Colorado Springs, we plan to stay again in this house. It is adorable and well equipped. Final note: the bed is very comfortable and the shower is wonderful.

In my discovery, the bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, the couch was hard and squeaky and they don’t even provide any extra TV channels on the super small TV. If you don’t need to cook, I recommend a nice hotel for the same price.

Husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. All the comforts of home. Close to so many good restaurants and super close to the 25 on ramps. So much to see and do. One thing we didn't like (which sounds petty and not a big deal) were the bathroom towels. With the attention to detail on most everything else, we were surprised at the quailty of the towels. White, scratchy low end motel towels. Some fluffy colored towels would match the awesome shower!

My wife and I had a great week-long stay at this location which had everything we needed. It was very clean with easy street parking and within walking distance of downtown Colorado Springs and a short commute to most of the attractions we went to. Mary Kay was very responsive to questions. The floors are a little uneven in the house but not enough to downgrade our rating.

This house was perfect for my last minute vacation/mental reset to Colorado Springs. Cozy, inviting, tons of storage for your clothes and bags. The check-in process was seamless, the house was clean and the location was great. The full kitchen was perfect for cooking when I did not want to go out, plenty to watch on the television after exploring throughout the day. Mary Kay was great answering my questions and her responses were always quick. The huge refrigerator and washer dryer combo were great perks, but the shower is heavenly. Perfect water pressure, design and gives a spa like vibe. Definitely interested in staying here the next time I travel to the Springs. Thank you for sharing your home and allowing me to mentally reset. So refreshing that her house cleaner was promptly there right before checkout. Again, great place if you aren't traveling with a big group and you'd like an intimate setting.
