Location.
The room smelled horrible, I had to go and buy air fresheners. There was never coffee in the morning.

Rooms comfortable n roomy.
Didn’t have breakfast. Motels/hotels at lesser cost have breakfast. Tub faucet n hard to find the hot water. Just went in circles
5.0
The price.
The room had stains on the floor in high traffic area, and the chairs had stains on them. There was cobwebs with bugs at the door entrance. The rooms are difficult to locate in the dark.

Good location. Clean, comfortable room.
Hot tub wasn’t working properly. No food service.

Convenient location
Staff, no where to be found for 15 mins.
No one answered the phone either.
The person in front of me was waiting even longer. Another guest said that her companion was stuck in the bathroom, and he went off to help her. It took another 20 mins for someone else to come to the desk. Would have asked for a refund if it was earlier. I am 6 ft tall and the shower head hit me in the chest.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was ample.
The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. The kids had a hard time sleeping, but due to the heat, we had to keep it running all night. It did cool well but was loud.

Upon check in the man literally argued with me when I asked for two extra towels. Not only did he refused to provide me any extra towels. He flat out lied and said the room had 4 big towels. When in fact the room only had three big towels and of course, I didn’t have enough clean towels during my stay. Terrible customer service for such a nice establishment.

Nothing!

I liked the staff, they were all very friendly
First night in the room, we noticed there was a lot of crumbs and leftover dirtiness from previous guests. We also noticed the ceiling tiles needed repairs, or even just new ones. The hallways were very dirty and the walls in the hallways has holes and damaged areas. I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building.

nothing really, it had a really strong chemical smell
the room was bleak, cold, very dark. No carpet, paper thin walls and just very drab!

The room was clean and comfortable.
Walls are so thin. We could hear everything the people next to us were saying. Fridge didn’t work.
7.0
The affordability and last minute availability and the little gameroom set up, since we were repulsed by the pool and hot tub.
Super outdated, funky smells in rooms, lobby and hallways. We planned on utilizing the pool and hot tub but they were disgusting. There was rotted wood and dirty all around. We went for our anniversary and it was an ok experience but not a place we will book with again unfortunately.

Location was not too far from downtown. Bed was clean and comfortable.
Room and hotel overall was not very clean. Lights were dusty, ceiling was dirty in our room and the main halls needed to be vacuumed. The place did not meet our expectations and the entire facility could use an upgrade, paint and cleaning. No breakfast was provided and it was definitely not worth the price. Staff were ok but not great. Did not seem very knowledgeable when we had questions and were ok at best during interactions. Disappointed overall and will not recommend, nor stay again. Has potential but needs a lot of TLC at this point.
