Perfect location, close to the RMNP. There are several amenities - a pool, a hot tub, free DvDs and popcorn.. the room is spacious and clean.
The structure works fine and everything, but it is outdated, it would need a full renovation, at least the room I slept in.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and enjoyed live music with the cowboy Rodger.
I know its an older property but the room had a musty smell and the material on the couch was coming off

No smoking anywhere on the property- especially in open air areas - had to leave the property to another’s to smoke a cigarette - rediculouse
