Perfect for our winter family getaway! Paul was so responsive when we arrived and water was shut off for winter. Easily walked us through it. House was great location, perfect room arrangements for our group of 8 adults! It was nice to have lots of parking space as well!

Our time at this perfectly positioned home was great. We got extremely lucky with 3 straight days of sunshine and temps in high 70’s and low 80’s after 10+ weekends of rain !!! The sunrises and sunsets were like a little slice of heaven !!! Great time was had my four sisters and me !!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and relaxing! The house is beautiful and its location is perfect. We enjoined visiting the shops and some restaurants in town, but the best part was just relaxing at the house…whether sitting on the front deck drinking coffee while watching the ocean and beach or sitting in the living room doing the same through the big sliding door. What a fantastic view! Also enjoyed walks on the beach looking for shells, dolphins, etc. Love this place and hope to go there again next year! ❤️❤️❤️

This is a lovely property, clean and spacious, weel appointed and well kept. The kitchen is all anyone could want, the furnishings are all very comfortable and the decor is outstanding for a beach rental. Communications with the owner were prompt and helpful. The neighbor could take a break from looking over the divider on the deck, but that aside, this is a lovely home. I’d definitely be loookig at another rental here.

We wanted to be close to the beach with three grandkids ages 3-1/2, 7, and 9. This wonderful beachfront home made going to the beach so easy and the upstairs deck let us sit and watch the ocean when we weren’t on the beach. The house is lovely but welcoming and family friendly and extremely spacious. We were so impressed with its central location and all of the restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our family had a wonderful and memorable week in Sea Isle City.

We had a GREAT week in Sea Isle. The view was amazing, the house was great, and Paul was very accommodating. Great house for families and friends to get together and enjoy some down time at the shore. Be sure to check out Dockside on Park while you're there ... excellent food and right on the water. Looking forward to returning next year!

This is a great house! Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, bbq grill outside. Located right on beach with access to the promenade and beach just steps away. Walking distance to town and many restaurants. View is outstanding ! We would absolutely stay again. Great for large families.

We were looking for a restful, long weekend and this house hit all the marks for us...clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen (as reported in previous remarks), working fireplace, great view and access to the beach, and timely communication with the host. Acme and CVS close by for provisions. It was worth getting up for the sunrise! We hope to book another girls weekend in the future at this home.

This past week we spent 4 days at this wonderful home in Sea Isle. Check in was very easy. We loved staying on the beach and had amazing views. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a quick question upon our arrival. Paul was very friendly, helpful and responded immediately. My whole family had an amazing time and we can’t wait to return!

Excellent! A return trip to this home for us, and a continuation of a 30+ year tradition. 3 generations able to come and enjoy family time, Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and all the fixings!) plus some shopping too! Beautiful sunrises, ocean views and plenty of room for all. Thank you, we hope to return next year!

This condo fit our needs perfectly. The open floor plan allowed us to enjoy each others company with plenty of space to spread out! The outside deck is of course the best part, overlooking the ocean where we watched the sun rise everyday! Followed by a two hour walk along the beautiful shore! I would highly recommend this property also with the host readily available to assist you if needed. We can’t wait to go back!

Very clean As advertised…pictures do not do it justice Beautifully decorated Some of the girls used the fireplace and appreciated how it was gas and easy to start. Perfect view of the ocean. Really great time to come to Sea Isle because the crowds were minimal. Kitchen well stocked. For the most part beds were comfortable. One girl said queen bed on 2nd floor she could feel the springs. Patio furniture was great. We have been traveling since before 2012 and this is definitely one of the best places we have stayed.

My family and I stayed at this house the past weekend and we were in love with the location and size! The kitchen was nice and big and the bedrooms were a great size. The deck overlooks the promenade and beach where we sat most of the time. We will def. be re-booking for next year!

This property was perfect for our multi-generational family tradition. Plenty of space for the teens, a fabulous ocean view from the kitchen/dining/living room and a quick walk to the beach for off season outside fun and games. The icing on the cake was the large, well appointed kitchen to cook our turkey dinner and even the teens got into the spirit and cooked for the adults! Oh yeah - almost forgot - ocean views from 2 of the 4 bedrooms. We’ll be back next year!

So enjoy visiting this home/beachfront location—have stayed here more than once. Kitchen well-supplied and positioned for cooking family meals and overlooking the lovely beach view. A tiny let-down was not being able to get the pilot lit for fireplace; it has worked in the past though.

We loved staying at this beautiful beachfront home. It was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The front deck has the best view. We watched dolphins in the waves while we drank our morning coffee. It is literally steps to the beach. Paul was lovely to work with. He gave us clear directions and answered any questions in minutes. We would love to stay in this beautiful house/location again.
