This is an excellent property with an excellent host. Beautiful house, beautiful beaches. Well maintained and wonderfully decorated. We absolutely loved our trip to Don Pedro!

This home is updated and very clean. The bedrooms/baths are very nice.

The property was clean, modern and as advertised. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The only minor problem was the presence of small ants in several rooms. Given the recent hurricane, it may be understandable that an exterminator visit may have been missed.

If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay, this is it. The house is well maintained and though there are others houses there too, it's peaceful. Boni was super responsive to any questions we had before the trip. I do recommend planning ahead for food you will need for the week. The ferry back and forth is a little pricey. Oh, and they rent golf carts at the resort on the island and it came in very handy.

Great time

This house is way nicer in person than in the pictures. VERY CLEAN and open. The setup under the house provided a cool and shaded breeze to relax in the hammock or sit in the lawn chairs and talk with the family by the grill. The screened in back porch was priceless when the bugs started to bite. I can assure you if you are looking for a cute and clean place to stay, this is it! Well worth the price!

Bono’s home was incredible! I recommend renting this property if you are looking for a house close to the beach. The home was clean and beautiful. Boni was extremely responsive with any issues we had and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be returning!

This was our second time staying at this property and are happy we came back. The property fits my families needs well and provides enough space. It’s very close to the beach and quiet for sleeping at night. We really enjoy our time on Don Pedro Island and plan to return soon!

Great property for our family vacation!

For us this was a great option on Don Pedro. We love the quiet and options for sun/no sun. Reading and beach sitting are our primary activities; works out great.

One of the most relaxing weeks ever. The home was exceptionally well appointed, new and clean and very good value. One of the best vacatuon rentals we’ve stayed in especially as we have 6 of our own. The island is beautiful with one great restaurant and bar. Highly recommended.

Beautiful island experience! It was so nice to enjoy the simple life. The weather was great, it was not crowded and beautiful scenic views.

We had such a wonderful time getting away to sunny Florida for Christmas. We arrived on the 26th and we were so excited that there was a beautiful Christmas tree set up in the livingroom! The home was clean and accommodating. Boni was extremely responsive anytime I sent a message with a question. We rented a golf cart at Coconuts, which was a good call. The beach isn't a far walk, but the cart was handy for hauling chairs and our cooler. The kids had fun cruising in it too. Speaking of Coconuts, we ran out of wine and they saved our lives with a perfect variety of reds and whites to choose from. We went on a day excursion to Stump Pass Park, but honestly, I would have saved the extra ferry ride; it has very limited parking and it was nothing different from the beach on the island, besides being more peopley. This is not one of those kinds of vacations where you need a vacation from your vacation. There is nothing to do but relax all day. Exactly what we all needed. The kids and I trained our eyes to spot shark teeth and we found about 100 of them. 10/10 would recommend. The only advice I have is bring extra paper towels, aluminum foil and wine.

Cute, clean, comfortable cottage with everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Owner is very responsive and cares that your stay is a wonderful experience.

We loved our first visit to Palm Island! The home is super clean (pristine! No bugs! Not even a mosquito. We live in Florida and never take this for granted!), the beds are comfortable and the rooms are completely dark and silent at night. With the charcoal grill, two types of coffee makers, a blender, dishwasher, washer, dryer and air conditioning, we had everything we needed. Loved the little touches like the pillows for the front porch chairs, the hammock next to the grill, and the hose next to the stairs to wash the sand off our feet before going inside. We had friends staying nearby in a house with a dock so we brought our boat and didn't use the bikes, kayaks or beach chairs, but they would have been really useful if we didn't have the boat. We rented a golf cart from Coconuts (the ice cream shop at Palm Island Resort). Boni was super helpful in answering all our questions since we were new to visiting the island. (Just an FYI: bring hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms if you like to have. I always seem to forget.)

Don Pedro’s Cottage was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed and lots of lovely touches. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures and every little detail is perfectly thought out. Boni was very helpful, the communication was super easy and quick. Highly recommend! We are already planning our next trip back!
