This condo is beautifully decorated with inviting feel on the 7th Floor of the resort. This is a 1 bedroom plus bunk Area, 2 bathroom condo with all of the conveniences of home. Sliding glass doors open right out to the balcony and gorgeous beach view.

Great experience and great place to stay. Close to elevator, high enough for beautiful views but low enough to take stairs if the the elevator was taking to long! Would stay here again

Vacation 2026 was great!!Splash Resort has a lil of everything for everyone. We travelled there the week of 4th of July(me, my husband and our 2 small kids; 7yr old and 3 yr old). Parking structure was nice with a walkway across the road to the condos. Check in was a breeze! Only one set (of 2) elevators so that was sometimes a wait. Room was clean and view from the balcony breathtaking! The only “issues” we had were literally just random maintenance issues(which of course I immediately informed the owner of via text); master toilet kept running, ice maker in the fridge didn’t work, and a recliner was broken. A maintenance man was out that evening to fix the toilet, said the fridge part had to be ordered, and he locked the recliner in place and I just had him turn it backwards so no one could sit in it. We like to take snacks from our room to the beach for the kids so we had to go buy some food containers to do that. There was basic kitchen stuff there. Other than the inconvenience of no ice maker for the week, which we bought and stored in the freezer. I would recommend this listing! Reasonably priced. Good communication with the owner. Location is perfect. Kids LOVED the “mini water park”. Beach chair services were a plus! I did notice the later in the week they got slower setting up and earlier trying to take down.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach with incredible views and easy access to restaurants and local attractions.The owners were wonderful to work with, communicated quickly, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The condo was comfortable, well-stocked, and made our week at the beach even more relaxing.We made so many wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free beach getaway.

Would’ve been nice to know the garage had a 7ft limit on the entrance we were told to use. It should also be mentioned that if your vehicle does not fit in the clearance that you may use first entrance. Elevators on property were slow and hard to access. The luggage carts took up so much space in the elevator it was near impossible to find one that had room for people to board. The amenities of pool, lazy river, and splash pad were nice to have, although there were no floats available to use without having to purchase your own. The restaurant was not what I had expected either, because it was essentially a bar outside where you could order some food.
