GREAT OLD TOWN LOCATION- SKI TO TOWN LIFT & STEPS TO MAIN ST!
About this house rental
Nestled in Park City, this lovely house for $228 per night is a great choice for your next trip. WELCOME TO ASPEN CREST NORTH │ Hosted by Olcha Property Management This unit is one of two side-by-side units located in the most charming residential area of Old Town Park City. This home measures 1,100 square feet, features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies and boasts incredible panoramic views of Historic Old Town Park City. If your dates are not available at this unit, we have a nearly identical 'Aspen Crest South' unit next door. Check out this sister unit at VRBO listing #761269. Located in the heart of Old Town Park City, our home away from home will afford you the best of all worlds, with the great Old Town location, easy trail access, great views, and cozy comfort. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this is perfect for a small family or group of friends. Aspen Crest is virtually ski-in/out. It is a quick, flat walk to the end of the street and a short traverse to PCMR's Norfolk Access run, which joins the Quit'n Time run, leading to the Town Lift. From the front door, you are literally less than 10 minutes from enjoying skiing or snowboarding. For Main Street restaurants, bars, and shopping; it's a five minute walk down three sets of city maintained stairs, placing you at the top of Main Street next to Grappa Restaurant and the Wasatch Brew Pub, two of Old Town's most popular destinations. You will feel instantly at home among the charming décor featured throughout the unit. The open concept living space is functional and comfortable. From here, you can enjoy the view of the 46-inch flat screen TV or the mountain panoramas. This warm and cozy environment is augmented by the wood-burning stove. During the warmer months, head on out to your private deck, where you can relax and take in the views or dine alfresco. Both the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated. Both bedrooms are located downstairs. The first boasts a premium memory foam queen bed, 32-inch flat screen, and private deck. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Wherever you sleep, thick comforters and cozy linens will ensure a blissful night’s rest. Centered in Old Town Park City, you will have plenty to see and do immediately surrounding you. With chairlifts, ski runs, restaurants, shopping and entertainment spots of Main Street within a short walk from your front door, you can’t beat the convenience of this beautiful home. IMPORTANT ADVISORIES: AIR CONDITIONING - THIS HOME HAS A PORTABLE A/C UNIT ON THE MAIN LIVING LEVEL. IT DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL A/C. The home is built in the side of a mountain slope so the bedrooms (on the lower level) are mostly enclosed and are consistently cooler than the upper level. We advise guests to open a window in the evening if you wish to take advantage of the cooler temps at night. We look forward to hosting you at Aspen Crest North! │ Hosted by Olcha Property Management

We had a great stay in Park City! Perfect place for our family to explore the area.

Loved this place in Park City, it was just about everything we were looking for. Great location, views, comfortable size for two adults staying for a week. Sadly the townhome needed a more thorough cleaning and closer attention to detail: bath mats were not clean, stained shower curtain, the living room floor had dirt and small wood chips on it, the BBQ gas was empty, the dining room chairs are causing terrible scratches on the floor.

The house, layout, location are great! Everything we were looking for. Perfect for two friends. My only disappointment was the TV set-up. It’s time to update and pretty easy and inexpensive to do nowadays.

Great location! The property is just a short walk from the Quit 'N Time run that you can take to the town lift. Also, there are stairs a few doors up that you can take all the way down to Main Street.
The only downside about the property is the second bedroom with the bunkbeds. The top bunk is pretty close to the ceiling and my kids complained that the bottom bed was not very comfortable. Also, the washer and dryer is located in a closet of the bedroom with the bunkbeds.

Location is great. The house is clean and hisr is responsive. You can walk to town. Please take the recommendation of a 4 Wheel Dr. seriously. Even with the four-wheel-drive we had a hard time getting up the steep road. Jodi (host) was great.

There are two great things to highlight, the location is formidable and the property management was wonderful, responsive to make us have a great experience.
The home is not on great shape, but has lots of potential if the update and upgrade. Out last comment was that the house initially had the appearance of been a warehouse for clutter, but it got fix quickly by management.

A wonderful spot in Park City
We loved staying here for a week of skiing in March. The place is perfect for a family-- our 2 adult + 2 kids family fit very well. This was the best stocked place we've ever stayed-- plenty of towels, soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc. We also used their recommended grocery shopping service-- just perfect to arrive to food in the fridge!
The location is great-- just up the hill via straight stairs to main street. We didn't have a car-- the bus system was easy over to deer valley-- and ski in/out access nearby to PCM. Overall-- wonderful and highly recommended!

Superb Park City Spot
Outstanding host - highly accurate description, hospital clean, great communications, terrific flexibility (travel weather impacts).
Outstanding place - superb location to historic Park City (direct stairs walk down to Main Street at north end.) Nicely furnished, down to the silverware and bathroom accessories. Easy WiFi, multiple Cable TVs. Well appointed. Nice.
Outstanding value. (CAVEAT Reviewer's opinion) Considering the 'sticker shock' cost of ski-in/ski-out lodging here.... this is a terrific alternative - a 'poor man's' ski-in, ski-out. Walk a half block to end of street, get on access ski trail, ski down to Town Lift (never crowded) and your skiiing. That's it. Also, Deer Valley is literally a 5 min drive from here, also.
We will definitely be looking to stay here again next year.
Thanks for everything (we had a GREAT trip staying here.)
Regards, Bob W (and the boys), Bristol, RI, US

Absolutely loved our time in PC. This VRBO is in the perfect location and the ideal spot for a great getaway. Access to town is super easy (note: a LOT of stairs though to get back home). Ski out to the lift is a quick trip, ski in is a bit more difficult. I know it is noted in the description that it is not a beginner trail, but be prepared for ice and moguls on the way back in! Otherwise ski down to the main resort area and take the shuttle in. Can't wait to hopefully get back to Park City and this place ASAP!!

Awesome stay at cozy, central condo!
Me and 3 friends (we're all in our twenties) stayed in this condo for 5 days. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware (surprisingly high quality pans!) and had some oil and salt/pepper. The upstairs living area has plenty of space for 4 friends to hang out and the bedrooms are downstairs.
Beds were comfy, tons of pillows and blankets, and the in unit laundry and dishwasher rocked.
Lastly, the property manager rocked. We had a question on the last day of our stay and a small request, which she was super responsive to, kind, and was able to accommodate! Would happily come back and highly recommend to any group of 3-4 friends or a small family!

Initially walking into the property, we were very excited. Then we noticed that we had to keep the window open to run the ac, and it was not sealed, leading to a yellow jacket coming in the home. Then we saw countless spiders inside, which is pretty scary when you have a toddler and have no idea if the spiders are dangerous or not. We noticed the sheets on the master bed had large yellow spots on them, after a night of sleeping on them…. (You’d think they’d be clean and you wouldn’t have to check for that type of thing?) leading us to do laundry… the yellow came out of the sheets - meaning, they were on the bed dirty? Nice. Then the dryer didn’t work, I contacted the property manager and was told she’d get someone out to fix it and we never heard back. Then we went to use the mini vacuum to clean up all of someone else’s crumbs under the couch, and that didn’t even work? The Keurig also didn’t work… overall, just kind of a bust. The shower downstairs leaks so much that the water puddles out into the hallway, creating quite a hazard. I wish I had some positives to leave, as I’m not normally one to complain, but there just weren’t any positives.. except for the proximity to walk down to mainstreet. Other than that - I’d definitely make sure that it’s clean for every guest and that everything is operational between each visitor.

Good location for access to the town lift. Main street is accessed via one of two stairways that are convenient but a bit of work on the uphill return for those coming in from sea level. I would stay here again.

Good location
This was a good rental for a short stay in Park City. Three of us were comfortable any more and it would be too tight. The water does not taste good especially for cooking and coffee I would recommend bottled water. Also there was not laundry detergent as was specified in the property details. Cleanliness was ok could be better. The location was good, easy access to the town lift with a short walk to the end of the street to ski down to. Also a short walk to main street was nice but keep in mind the stairs are not for the weak!

Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay. The views and the location were great. Just steps away from three large staircases to take you down to Main Street, and slopes were less than a block away. Overall the condo was comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook most nights. Only downside - the condo is a little dated and could use some updates. Carpet is very worn out and stained. Not many overhead lights so it was a little dark once the sun went down. It's also smaller than it looks. It was great for our party of three, but anymore people would make it rather crowded.

Perfect location!!!!
This house was the ideal location and we loved just walking down the stairs to the cute town. It was a great house too! The only reasons I did not give this house 5 stars was the sleeping conditions. There is a bunk bed in the second bedroom and the top bunk was so high - you really could not sleep in it. So my son ended up sleeping on the couch which was small. The beds are super hard too and the pillows were flat. This place would be ideal if they put 2 twin beds in the extra bedroom and changed the mattresses and pillows. The location is a huge selling point for this house though so I would rent it again because of that!!!

Perfect Park city summer stay!
We loved our girls’ get away to PC and this little condo was perfect for us: the patio had great views, the kitchen had all that we needed (except you REALLY need to replace the wine opener!) and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the stairs (Helped to work off the food we ate!), but if you have any issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. They are unavoidable! We were easily able to walk to shops, restaurants and hiking. We didn’t use our car once during our stay. One point of note: the patio isn’t very private, as neighbors are all around. But that didn’t bother us. We actually enjoyed meeting and talking with our neighbor.

Great for being near main street and walking into town.
Only hiccup was no air conditioning upstairs in the main living area which led to leaving the dark curtains closed to try and keep the heat down in the unit. We could open the curtains by later afternoon after the sun passed or it was too hot. I did not think to check on this and perhaps is standard for older homes there. They did offer portable fans to help. The downstairs did appear to have AC. Very fast response from the local manager on a couple items so pleased with response.

Disappointment in Park City
Doesn't live up to photos...too much deferred maintenance throughout property. Abandoned home next door was the view through dining area, weeds growing up through master bedroom balcony, slim pickings for kitchen ware. Property mgr. attentive to slow draining shower. Noise level from adjacent condo very high.

Perfect Family Getaway
This is the second time we've stayed in the property. We head to Park City in the winer to enjoy the skiing. The short walk to ski in, ski out access is perfect. Equally handy, the walk to main street, enabling us to forgot a rental car. All in all a perfect location for a family getaway!

Fun Location
Great owner and terrific location in Park City. We loved the easy access to the skit mountain and to town down the town stairs for dinner. It is a bit of walk, especially up the stairs, so you need to be moderately fit. This is an older unit that has been updated, so the ceilings and rooms are what you would expect from an older unit, but the updated bathrooms and location makes up for it. It has everything you need.
In winter, the road is steep, but the Park CIty crews do a good job keeping the snow cleared and salted. Still, 4 wheel drive highly recommended.

Great Park City Duplex
We have spent several summers in Park City in order to get out of the Arizona heat. This was a great property. It worked great for our family of four with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property manager was very easy to work with and communicated well. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a great time in Park City all year long. For skiing it is very close to the trail that leads down to the town lift. Highly recommend!
