Nestled in Leavenworth, this attractive condo for $274 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Whether traveling with family or friends, my two-bedroom townhouse condominium is a perfect place to stay. Located within easy walking distance of town, the condo gives you the option of dividing your day into periods of activity and periods of relaxation--some time to shop and some time to relax in the hot tub which is available to guests in any of the 8 units of the condominium. By staying at My Alpine Place, you will be able to start your days at your leisure with breakfast in a charming, fully equipped kitchen (still in your robe with your bed-hair if you do mornings as I do). We leave a guest package in the kitchen--enough for you to start your day - and there is a convenience store very near-by. If you have collected laundry during your travels, you will find a washer and dryer in a utility closet in the kitchen. When you are ready, Leavenworth is a 10-minute stroll away. If you have children, it may take longer as you pass Icicle Junction on your way, a favorite stop for my granddaughters. My young one likes the rides; my teen prefers the spa. Icicle Junction, the town pool, and the local library are the areas set up to provide activities for children. You pass all three in the short walk to town. We have WiFi but you can check email at the library if you wish. The librarian will provide a guest pass for ½ hour on the library computers. Enjoy the surrounding landscape as you walk. It did indeed inspire the development of this Bavaria themed town. Across the street from the condo you will find Osprey Rafting, with great rafting trips. Waterfront Park with its great trails and birding is also within walking distance of the condo. If you decide to take the car out of the carport, you have a great selection of outdoor activities. Winery tours are one option. While local wineries are all represented in Leavenworth at the various tasting rooms, driving to their locations is a different experience. Icicle Ridge Winery in Peshastin has lovely grounds with weekend music, paired dining experiences and child friendly day tours. Silvara, located outside of Leavenworth, has a lovely location and award winning red wines. Wedge Mountain has award winning white wines. Check out your options at the tasting rooms and then take to the road for a day. If you're more interested in outdoor activities, hiking trails abound. Serious hikers and/or backpackers will need to file planned trips with the forest service, but day hikers have endless options. Like to fish? Take a picnic and head to Fish Lake. Or Lake Wenatchee. Evenings are quiet here. Restaurants remain open, and you can choose your spot based on your palate. If pizza is on the menu, I recommend the Leavenworth Pizza Co (894 US Highway 2). You may eat there or order take out and eat in the comfort of your kitchen. If you are interested in a fine dining experience with locally sourced, sustainable foods on their menu, you will find that as well. You face a problem of overchoice--which is not a bad problem. If you wish evening entertainment, you will find that several of the restaurants offer live entertainment. Certainly, you should consider going to the theater while staying here. Look on line and buy your tickets in advance. I have seen The Sound of Music several times. It is well done, and it always sells out. There are outdoor and indoor theater venues as you prefer. OR spend a quiet evening in the hot tub — a personal favorite — a time to enjoy the wonderful night skies. The hot tub/picnic area is for use by those staying in the Icicle Condominiums (8 units), but often you will have the area to yourselves.

We only stayed here for two nights but they were wonderful. Short walk into town. Beautiful views. The property was well-kept and cozy. The hostess was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked the size of this condo, bedrooms upstairs, living and cooking on the main floor. We liked that we could walk to town. Cold water in kitchen didn't work. After observing lots of kitchen crumbs still visible, I lightly cleaned kitchen areas I was using. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Deep cleaning needed for whole condo, kitchen and bathroom sinks especially.

It was a very cute place. Close to downtown. Could be considered walking distance but not with younger kids. Quiet. Could have used a better cleaning prior but that is on the cleaning company. Overall we were happy with it and would stay there again!

This property is located nicely between downtown Leavenworth and Icicle Road for river floating and hiking trails. The property manager was also very communicative. We also appreciated the size since the two bedrooms are located upstairs. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The microwave was caked with food that wasn't ours, the shower/tub was dirty, one of the bedrooms smelled like cigarette smoke, and it was overall very dusty. I wouldn't stay here again.

Very comfy spaces with all the amenities. The kitchen is functional a little dated but clean and nice linens. Loved the proximity to downtown. Had an amazing dining experience in Mana and did the Osprey tubing on Wenatchee river.

Overall very satisfied with the accommodations. Just 4 block walk downtown action in Levenworth. Excellent common area with seating and Grill. Condo was very nice and Carolyn was responsive when requesting propane for grill. Great place to stay in Levenworth. Well done.

Rented from 21-25 December for Christmas. Gave wrong check in information, condo not within easy walking distance to town, half the plugs in the kitchen didn’t work. Lot of dust under couches, etc. Lost power during negative Temperatures, with little caring from owner- told to “bundle up” when 50 degrees in condo. No check out sheet available. Would not rent again.

We booked this VRBO on behalf of our wedding party for our wedding nearby. The property was in a great location, the check-in process was easy, and it had everything they needed for a weekend stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

This was a nice simple suite with a good location. The host made an extra effort to ensure AC was on before we arrived. Unfortunately, all dishes seemed like they had been poorly hand-washed, but putting them all through the dishwasher yielded no improvement, as the soap dispenser did not open. A second attempt with loose soap was effective. Then we found a plate of bacon in the microwave! And the sofa-bed already had a sheet on it, with a few crumbs, but no spare sheet. Thankfully there were laundry machines. The cleanliness was easily remedied, but shouldn’t have been an issue. We really enjoyed the hot tub.

We got there to a extremely dirty house. We contacted the manager, she said she would be right over….when she got there she was very rude. She asked what we wanted her to do about it looking like it does. We told her we would like it cleaned. She spent at least an hour taking care of the food/whatever it might of been on the fridge handles, counters, cabinets and doing floors. She also needed to wipe down bathrooms, and living room furniture. We appreciated her coming and cleaning but it should of been done before we got there.

Our party of 6 had a wonderful time here! It’s very cozy and all the little amenities you need away from home, especially in the kitchen were perfect. The owner was great on communication and even allowed us to make a last minute adjustment to our schedule given the circumstances. We’ll be staying here again in the future!

We were very pleased to obtain these accommodations on a relatively short notice, in one of our favorite towns, Leavenworth. The condo was as described with plenty of sleeping options, a fully equipped kitchen , baths, etc. Communication the owner was always prompt and accurate. I stayed here for a big part of the summer, and it was a comfortable, easy stay with great access to climbing areas. The place is set up nicely with kitchen accoutrements and washer/dryer. It's big enough that it didn't feel cramped when I had friends stay over. Jan was really easy to work with and a great host.
