The location receives an A+ rating, situated at the crossroads of two major roads. Accessible via elevator on the 12th floor, the super clean condo features two spacious bedrooms and several pull-out couches. Despite the expected cooler weather during our stay, the expansive second-floor deck overlooking the beach was impressive. The beach is accessible with multiple private key code entrances.
The area boasts numerous hot tubs and pools; however, our tower's main pool heater malfunctioned during our visit. Nonetheless, we made good use of the hot tubs. The beachfront property is conveniently close to various restaurants, and we discovered that Publix offered the best deal on crabs, even steaming them for free and providing spices on the side.
The accommodation is well-equipped with a full ensemble of plates, pots, pans, and coffee/Keurig makers. Nevertheless, we noticed the absence of basic items like salt, pepper, oil, and condiments. Although not unusual, having at least salt and pepper shakers would have been appreciated. We purchased these essentials in smaller quantities at the nearby Publix.
Additionally, we found no extra toilet paper or large trash bags in the unit. Fortunately, an onsite store had these items available for purchase. It seems like this might have been an oversight by the cleaning crew. The main trash bin also has no lid, so you'll have to clear it out frequently via a cool 12th story trash chute if you have oderous foods.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful and so clean. The host was absolutely amazing. Taking care of ever detail. Made for the perfect family vacation!! Will stay here again next time we are in Panama City!!

We had a great time in this resort and unit. Close to the beach, pool, easy to navigate and get around. Friendly guests and other families. Had everything we needed to be comfortable and to prepare meals for the kids. Comfortable furniture and the views were just amazing from the balcony and rooftop. Very nice place and we wanted to stay longer!

We had an incredible vacation and this property was perfect for our entire family! The owners' communication was awesome and they made us feel extremely welcome. I highly recommend this condo, especially if you want the best view in PCB!

Such a great play to stay! We hope to return. The owners, Kim and Vincent were so quick to respond to our questions and the layout is perfect. So tidy and easy to keep clean during our stay. Elevators are fast and property clean as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great stay! We have not stayed at Edgewater before, and we loved our condo! The owners were extremely prompt in responding to questions, and the condo met our needs perfectly for our family with teenagers vacation. The rooftop balcony was a favorite hangout for our young adults.

The only thing I would recommend is adding some new pots and pans. And oven mits (there was only one) and some of kitchen items. I cooked a lot while we were there…some people don’t cook on vacay.

This Condo was very detailed and clean. The owner was amazing. The day we got there one of the elevators was out. So going up to the 12th floor was getting to be a problem. I call the Owner and he immediately called a crew to come out and fix it. It was fixed with in 2 hours. And it had been 2 days before we had called him. Vincent not only has one of the nicest condo's at Edgewater. He is the get her done guy. We have been coming to Edgewater for over 9 years. This Condo is worth the money. It is the most decorated and clean Condo we have stayed in. Thank you Vincent and Kim you was guys are amazing

This property was great for our large group. The roof top deck was so amazing. We love to stay at Edgewater because of the swimming pools. We also drive large trucks and can't fit into parking garages, I like that Edgewater has safe secure parking.

Rather drive 6 more hours to St. Pete's or Tampa Bay Area where you can appreciate the gulf water turquoise color more and warmer weather.

We had a great stay. The condo was just as described. Amazing beach views and access. Property was walking distance to several restaurants. Second floor loft was a perfect area to set up my remote work office!
