The apartment is well furnished, spacious and lovely. We appreciated the AC in the bedrooms and the lift, as the apartment is on the 4th floor. Paola is a wonderful host and great at communicating.

The apartment was as advertised. It was spacious and clean. The owner met us at checkin and walked us through everything we needed to know. Everything went well for us and we had everything we needed. The most important part is sleeping as you are only in the apartment for a short time (to hang out at night and sleep). The rest of the time is seeing the sites in Rome. And, sleeping was very comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice because it was very hot outside. Also, the entire apartment has blackout shades so it is very quiet and dark for sleeping. However, if you do want to hang out there is a full kitchen and living room. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds which is also nice. However, getting to Rome City Center takes a little longer but there are buses that go there straight from the apartment. The only problem we had was the AC in the living room was malfunctioning while we were there. It wasn't an issue for us because we did not use the living room for sleeping and I was able to somehow reset it and get it working on our last day. Other than that everything was really nice about the apartment. There were many restaurants walking distance and a grocery store literally around the corner from the front gate. The apartment was also very secure with a lock getting into the building and a very secure lock on the front door. If you want a peaceful place in Rome then this is it. Thanks Paola!

We had a fantastic one week stay and there’s nothing about this location that we would change. Paola communicated well through the process of our stay. She provided an easy check-in with lots of helpful tips for our stay in Rome. The weather during our stay was extremely hot in the 90s and this apartment has three air-conditioning units and remained very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

My family and I just left Paolas beautiful apartment. We couldnt have been more comfortable. I have been in Rome over a dozen times and stayed all over the city, in many different hotels and one other apartment. Weve never been in such a lovely place! The neighborhood was new to us but it didnt take long for us to figure out everything great about it. The property itself was extremely well cared for and lovely. More importantly, it wasnt just the whitewashed generic apartments one frequently rents. It was comfortable, very clean, well decorated and homey. The bathrooms had everything we could have wanted. We actually could have come without toiletries because Paola provided everything! We didnt need to use any of those things but it was just another layer of her astonishing hospitality. The kitchen was beyond what I would expect from a vacation rental. Not only was it beautiful and very well appointed, she carried all the little things one hates to buy for a week long stay (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) as well as thoughtful things like olive oil and other spices. The bedrooms were comfortable. The views on the balconies and from the bedrooms were lovely. Outside the apartment, there was a store to the right of us and a fruit/vegetable store to the left of us. Up the stairs, there were restaurants and taxi stands, ATM machines. Now I get to the part where I talk about Paola. I have rented VRBO/Homeaway properties for years. I have never had an owner host us so warmly before. Ever. She drove 45 minutes from her seaside home to welcome us. She made reservations for transportation for us on 3 separate occasions. She answered all my texts and helped us negotiate dinners and trains. She was the ultimate hostess who made this trip to Rome effortless for me and my family.I recommend this property very very highly for people who are fine with being out of the center of Rome. But more importantly, I recommend Paola, who has other properties in Italy as well. I wont go to Rome again without contacting her first.
