Centrally located with a great vibe, conveniently located between both Kraków Główny and Kraków Grzegórzki train stations. There is a virtual receptionist which worked well with the entry pin texted prior to arrival & a pleasant greeting via an intercom, explaining where to go for breakfast. We had a great breakfast included at the nearby - Kolanko No6 restaurant around the corner on Jozefa.
The Aparthotel also provided cooking facilities, kettle & fridge if needed but we preferred to eat out enjoying the copious number of eateries.
We were at the very top, (room 28) & it was a little dark when using the stairs which may benefit from a contrasting strip on the edge of each step for safety. I do understand it may distract from a sleek look but maybe a slim charcoal strip could help without altering the trendy image too much.
There wasn’t a lift which was challenging especially with luggage. Hubby & I are older but when we go again, I would ask if there’s a room available at a lower level.

Location is great
Aircon could not be adjusted and it got too warm in the room at times
I thought it said there was a coffee maker but there wasn’t

The location, it was very clean and beautifully designed.
The mattress of the bed was too soft for our taste, but other than that everything was great.

location in the Jewish quarter was good, a little noisy as it's on the main square. The apartment is warm - I would have said comfortable except that the photos on Booking.com are not representative of the room we stayed in as the bedroom was so small that the double bed was pushed up against the wall so one person had to climb in from the bottom (I am over 60 with movement restriction, so this wasn't easy). I alerted the (remote) receptionist who asked me to send an email, which I did, and I've had no response four days later.
The bed being pushed up against the wall so rather inaccessible - would have been good otherwise.
