Second time in the same apartment and the feeling was exactly the same.
A very nice, warm and comfortable apartment in the heart of Kazimerz district and so close to the old town. Definitely I will choose it again .

Super good location, good air con hot and cold in both rooms, nice roomy hot showers, spacious, bed was petty comfy.
Paper thin walls, can hear everything the neighbour is doing, talking, walking, running water, coughing etc.
Check in details were provided at 3pm on day of check in

Amazing price, fantastic location in the old town with authentic feeling. King sized bed and good facilities. Check in was easy, with a lot of easy instructions on how to get into the apartment, very friendly and contactable.

The accommodation was easy to find, the description was clear, and check-in was easy.
Location was great, electric cars can park for feee on the street(2026) there are free parking spots around the apartment. There is a good bakery 50 m from the apartment but only very small groceries are around.
Unfortunately, we found the apartment quite uncomfortable for four people. The main issue was the sleeping arrangement: only one person can sleep in the living room, while three people have to sleep in the main bedroom. There was no information or photo showing this clearly in advance, and we simply assumed, as is common in many apartments, that two children could sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. A proper sofa bed for two people would make the apartment much more suitable for four guests.
The kitchen was also very poorly equipped. There was no microwave and many basic items were missing, such as salt and sugar, making it difficult even to prepare a simple meal. The fridge had also not been properly cleaned, and there were opened food items left behind by previous guests.
The biggest problem, however, was the strong sewage/drain smell throughout the apartment, especially in the bathroom. Someone came to the apartment to supposedly fix the problem, but unfortunately it made no difference. The smell remained, and the toilet was still running afterwards. Unfortunately, the entire apartment continued to smell strongly of sewage during our stay.
The apartment also feels quite worn and poorly maintained. Several things appear to be in need of repair or renovation, and overall, the property does not seem to be maintained to the standard we would expect from a holiday rental. (For ex. The bed sheet we were given had a hole in it- we told them)
Communication with the property manager was also disappointing. The manager was not always reachable and responses to our messages were often very slow, even though we contacted them during normal daytime hours, including in the morning, and not late at night. This made it more difficult to get the problems resolved during our stay.
