The room was comfortable, modern and had everything we need. Check in was very easy. Even though there is no monitored reception, communication was excellent.
Highly recommend this place. It’s in the perfect location!
There is a bar below our room 108 but we were not affected by the noise (ear plugs were provided which we appreciated, but did not need them). The bar was excellent which was a nice bonus.

Very clean, elegant, and centrally located in Old Montréal.

The location is unbeatable! In the heart of Old Montreal and walking distance to main attractions. The design of the apartment is so cute and cozy. It felt safe and secure. It was clean and nice to have access to extra towels and toilet paper as needed. Host was responsive and checked in to see how we were doing. The free coffee, tea, and popcorn were a nice touch. Water filter was great. Kitchen was basic but had enough to get by as we mostly took advantage of the delicious cuisine of Montreal. Well worth the money.
Although it is disclosed, since the apartments do not have their own parking, finding parking is a little tough in this area in general. I would recommend the public parking garage on 330 Champ de Mars St. Cheapest option, secure and covered, 5 minute walk. Also, it’s never a good sign when there are earplugs on the night stands :( We thought it was for the general city noise as our apartment was on ground level, but there is not much sound insulation between apartments and it turns out the upstairs neighbor plays music into the late hours of the night. It didn’t bother us too much as we stayed up late anyway, but if one wanted to have an early night, this may be a problem.

WONDERFUL room in a FANTASTIC location.

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment after several weeks on the road and only wish we could have stayed for more than one night. It was in a fantastic location in Old Montreal and there were multiple restaurants close by. It was a large self-contained and beautifully appointed apartment and had a laundry on our floor which we really appreciated being able to use. The check-in was easy and we were able to store our bags for the day before heading our. Communication wth the manager was easy also and they were very welcoming and accomodating.

Beautifully styled, great location, very clean and comfortable.
It was noisy being directly above a cocktail bar. This wasn’t divulged at the time of booking.

The communication with the concierge was superb. The pillows were super firm and I couldn’t sleep well. I asked if any soft ones were available and in just a short amount of time they were delivered. So grateful!
The location was phenomenal. Just a few steps to the cool street in Old Montreal. Good security system. You had your own code to enter the building and the room. We were able to store our luggage in the locked laundry room until the room was ready. We got there several hours early. Nice. This is a very nice boutique hotel.
Our room 106 was above the bar. Very tiny. Hard to maneuver. Bathroom could have used a small table to hold toiletries as the area around the sink was very small. As we read in previous comments, you can hear the music coming from below. It was a Sunday night so maybe not as bad as a Friday or Saturday. But you could still hear it even when the TV was on. We booked 205 for the last two days. It was so much better and bigger than 105 at basically the same price! Loved it! We wished we would have chosen the second floor initially. Next time.

The pictures on the website are accurate: this is a very cool-looking apartment-hotel right in the Old Montreal. We had a well-appointed small studio on the first floor (hot plate, microwave, kettle, Nespresso, etc.). I appreciated the real milk in the fridge for the coffee, and the croissants that mysteriously appeared by the morning near the reception ;-) Seriously - this felt like a very luxurious treat.
The only thing with a room on the first floor is that people tend to gather outside, which is a bit loud... and you should for sure wear pyjamas ;-)

Immaculate, safe, great location close to shops and restaurants. I appreciated the owners reaching out to check on me after the first night.
Bar next door was quite loud until midnight every night. I needed earplugs to fall asleep, which was uncomfortable.

Excellent facilities in the old town. Able to wash and dry clothes and cook basic meals in the kitchenette. Virtual check in and out worked well. The most comfortable bed of any hotel I’ve stayed in, ever!
Noise from outside street especially on garbage collection day when it started up at 6.45 am!

Location
No counter space in bathroom - need some sort of dresser in the room - only a small closet with about 6 hangers.

Location is the biggest winner here.
The stay was great and the facilities is well kept.
None of this stopped us from enjoy the room: Some small issues with broken shelves, shower door coming off a bit.

Location. Remote management responsive to routine requests for fresh towels, etc.
Dark interior. Black cabinets and floor. One window. Not enough light for reading. Couch does not have light over it. Bedside tables are lower than the mattress so no good for reading. An extra lamp and better bulbs would help.

A+ location. Nice room, clean. No parking on site but the lot suggested by the owner was nearby and worked well.

This rental unit was very very nice. The communication was awesome. The location was amazing! About a 2 min walk to the heart of the restaurants, lounges and tourist shopping. Very close to the water as well.
The only thing that would have made the stay a little more comfortable would be a king bed rather than a queen and softer pillows. I am a pillow snob though so probably good for others

Beyond our expectations. The location couldn't have been better! The croissants in the hallway in the morning were an extra surprise.
We ran out of creamers and so did the cabinet by the front desk. But it was our own problem as we didn't take the time out of our schedule to notify the management.

The location is great. Rooms are clean and tidy. Rooftop terrace is a bonus.
The property didn't mention there are two door entrance to the apartment. I tried the code several times but didn't work until I find another door to the apt. The fridge in the room was noisy and there is a bar in the basement I think, I can hear the music until 2 o'clock midnight.

Cute room in Old Montreal with a comfortable bed and small cooking facility. The refrigerator was nice sized. I liked the yoga mats provided for loan and the coffee was very good. Service was also great!
Parking was expensive.

There were croissants unwrapped in a bowl by the door that anyone and eveyone could handle. BIZARRE.
Mattress was most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Not hotel quality. Pillows were also uncomfortable

Location awesome. Very very clean room. Clear instructions for room access. We were able to store our bags in secure location after checkout and retrieved them early afternoon.
Our room was above the bar in the basement below. Subtle bass but tolerable. At some point the sounds diminished and later it was dead quiet. Ear plugs were available but we didn't need them. I imagine just one or two rooms are above the bar.

Location was excellent, and the whole property was put together well; everything was well thought out. Room was clean and had a lot of nice touches to make the stay very comfortable.
While the location was excellent, it was a little too excellent, as you could hear the bass through the walls of the bar next door. When awake, it wasn't problematic, but I could still hear it at night through my earplugs. A benadryl was needed to help me sleep.
