Staff was excellent 👍
Our one day stay was good but the room we got faces out to a run down broken building with boarded up windows and gross used mattress outside in the alleyway. As long as we kept the blinds closed it was okay.

variety of breakfast items and comfortable dining
too far for our liking to walk to the village

This is a nice business hotel that was in a good location downtown near my conference. And the staff were kind. All in all, it did what it needed to do and I would stay there again in the future. No serious complaints.
No real complaints. This was fine.

comfortable, Clean and great location
power outage on one of our days, no lights and elevators to get to your parking space for a long period of time

We were delighted with our stay here - the room standard was really good, shower was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel and everything was just as you'd hope for a stay. Comfy bed, great wifi, good TV - couldn't have wished for anything more and at a great price too. Tbe ocation was also brilliant for the Bell Centre (we went to watch a Canadiens game on Monday night and Muse on the Tuesday.) Highly recommended hotel.

Our room was very nice.
Our room was right next to an elevator, and that would not have been a problem, however every time the elevator door would close we could hear it from our room, which was 25 feet from the elevator. Bottom line, if that elevator was maintained better you wouldn’t have this complaint. I know next time if I can’t get a room away from an elevator, I book somewhere else.

great location

The room was clean and really spacious, making it feel very welcoming. Its location is also relatively convenient, especially when taking the airport shuttle to and fro (the bus stop is just 3-5mins walk away, which is really handy in winter). Aside from accessibility to the airport, it is just 5-10mins away from food and shopping options.
Had a little issue with the hotel phone when trying to call for room service, but it’s nothing too serious.

It was close to the Bell Centre and the price was very reasonable in comparison to the other hotels in the area.
it was smaller (in height) than I expected.

It was clean but the mini bar items were WAY overpriced. I feel it’s a bit abusive.
The parking. we had to pay $30 but when we entered the parking, there were no spots left and we got stuck at the bottom, in front of a brick wall, trying to turn around to go back up in hopes to find a spot which we finally did. we weren’t impressed. The staff should inform clients that the parking is tiny and they should check availability before charging people such a high amour. A discount for Hôtel guests would be the least.
Also, ridiculous pricing at the O’ restaurant. I got charged for $5 extra to switch my fries for a mini scoop of rice ( which is on the menu with otter meal options). Don’t think we will go back there.

I like because it was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds, a soft duvet and pillows, and a very convenient location.
Two things I don't like about it were: no drawers to put clothes in and no place to dry shoes or socks(winter season )

Very good location. Nice and safe. It was central to everything in Downtown
Montreal and just a walk away from Mont Royal, metro station and lots of restaurants. Spacious room and comfy bed.
Quite generic room. Nothing special. No glasses or real cups just paper cups for coffee (which was instant only!)
