About this apartment rental
The ground-floor apartment has 2 bedrooms and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It has everything you could want on vacation to enjoy a relaxing stay. It sleeps up to 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The bedroom features a double bed with nightstands and a spacious closet. The living room has a seating area for watching TV with a sofa bed (200 x 160), which sleeps 2 more people, as well as a dining area. The west-facing terrace is accessible from the living room. The bathroom has been completely renovated and features a modern shower, sink, and toilet. Supermarkets, a bakery, and several restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, so everything is within walking distance. The beautiful, long sandy beach is also nearby. Those who want to go for a spontaneous bike ride can borrow bikes from the bike rental service. Community bikes can be parked in the locked bike shed. A high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment. We ask for your understanding.

Visit “Wellness Camp Dune 6.” The facility is a 5-minute drive from Friedensstr. 3 in Zingst and is open 13–20 hours a day. You can also enjoy swimming in the winter, massages, saunas, a gym, pedicures, body scrubs, etc.—whatever your heart desires. Free parking is available. You can look forward to an excellent sauna and swimming pool, with a pool measuring approximately 25 by 50 meters. The water is chlorine-free (permanent biological treatment system).

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung zentral gelegen mit kleiner eigenen Terrasse, vor allen Fenstern Insektenschutz. Fahrräder sehr gut in großer Garage untergebracht , Pkw- Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Einziges Manko: KEIN WLAN.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral gelegen, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gaststätten, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die kleine Terrasse mit den Gartenmöbeln haben wir gern genutzt.

Wir haben einen tollen Sommerurlaub 2013 in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe der schönen Fußgängerzone. Auch Supermärkte, Strand un Hafen sind in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung (entspricht absolut dem Inserat) ist sauber und gepflegt; für die Selbstversorgung sind alle Utensilien ausreichend vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem und kann von 1-2 Personen als vollständiges Bett genutzt werden. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die seitlich angelegte und überdachte Terrasse; auf der wir die Abendsonne genießen konnten. Genial ist auch der Insektenschutz an allen Fenstern (mückenfreie Zone) !!! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich; die Betreuung durch den ortsansässigen Hausmeisterserive optimal. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter.
