Welcome to the gorgeous "ILAC" vacation rental at Victoria Luna Strandstraße 48, Apt. 3 (1st floor)
This modern and stylishly furnished apartment (built in 2017) spans 77 m² and can accommodate up to four people.
The apartment impresses not only with its location but also with its well-thought-out amenities.
The open-concept layout connects the bedroom to an inviting living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, and oven.
It consists of two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. One of the bedrooms also has a separate toilet.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Another highlight of the vacation rental is its two large balconies (one facing NNW, one facing W) with balcony furniture, tables, and chairs. Insect screens are also provided.
Additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a Blu-ray player, and a TV with radio help ensure that you feel right at home during your stay.
A bicycle storage room, a coin-operated washer, and dryer are available in the underground parking garage (for shared use).
