Free Covered Boat Slip!! Come and be our guests in beautiful Cumberland County Kentucky for your next getaway. New Furnishings & Renovations throughout for 2024. We installed Waterproof flooring throughout, new Paint throughout, and New toilets. New furnishings and decorations throughout the house as well. New Bedding/linens, utensils, etc. are stocked in this house along with upgraded Fibre Optic WIFI & Mesh Wireless Modem for a great signal aound the house and basement. It sits on 8.5 Acres with plenty of parking for trailers and a sloping fenced pasture in back surrounded by a treeline beyond. Relax and enjoy the evening sunset on the connected back deck/carport/front porch while griling dinner on our 2023 Large Weber Propane Grill. We have 2 47 Inch LED TV's w/ You Tube TV (with expanded Sports Package) and Roku Access for any channels you wish to watch so you can enjoy the race or game after a day on the lake. Additional Living Room area in the basement is great for the kids that would like to hang out by themselves or play video games or watch their favorite channels. The property is less than a city block from the Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park Gate, Golf Course, and the State Park Marina. 12Ft.X24Ft. COVERED Boat slip included Free with your stay! We are also Approx. 20 Min. from the 2 nearest boat ramps with access to the Cumberland River where the State Record Brown Trout was caught nearby. The closest Lake Cumberland Marina is Approx. 30 MInutes away (Grider Hill) or 40 Minutes away For Beaver Creek Dam Public Ramp. Furnishings and flooring in poor repair. Smelled of mold. We were unable to stay there and found other accommodations. It would be a tight fit for 16 people. Not as nice as the pictures portray. The kitchen and bath was nice enough. The rest in poor repair. The owner did take care of his part of the refund but was a very stressful start to our trip. Luckily, we found different accommodations. I am still waiting on the rest of my refund from VRBO.

We rented this home as it seemed it would accommodate our large group and it certainly did. We had a great time and everything went well. The listing was accurate, home larger than it looked on the outside and fit us all well. We had a couple of very minor issues and Todd/Owner addressed them immediately, the minor issues were of no fault to him or his service but he was prompt and handled it. I would recommend him and his property to anyone and will likely book again.

Country Charm
This is a perfect place to stay if your headed to Dale Hollow Lake. close to the state park ramp which was super convenient. The house has all that you need and Todd is a great host to work with .

We came to spend the week at the lake, and the location was perfect. A 5 minute drive to the marina, and a chance to see lots of wildlife on the way. The house was roomy, and allowed us to spread out in the evenings.

We had a great time. My mother and her sister connected for first time this year. Normal times would be three times a year. The house was stocked perfect and location to a state park was so close we could walk. The owner was a great host and would like to thank him for our stay.

Lots of room to park, fully furnished, and very close to state park ramp made this and obvious choice for us. Owner bent over backwards to accommodate us on our trip. Plenty of room for 3 boats and trucks to park. We couldn’t have ask for a better location and the beds were very comfortable!10/10 would stay again
