This is a great place to stay for a beach vacation! The house is conveniently located between Garden City and Surfside Beach and is only a block from the ocean. The house is spacious and perfectly laid out. We enjoyed our family time here!

The house is located at the prime location about 5 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed the stay. We didn’t think it was was cleaned properly and it was sandy as soon as we started using it. A few things looked like it needed to be replaced and updated. The property manager is a nice lady. She was helpful.

This is a great beach house! It is very spacious and the layout was perfect for our family with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and both the kitchen and dining area are a good size. The location is great, only a block from the ocean! Our family was completely satisfied with our stay here! I definitely recommend staying at “A Mystical Mermaid”!

We loved staying at the Mystical Mermaid! We were within a short walking distance of the beach, making it easy to go out for an early morning walk or come back for lunch. The house was spacious, offering each of us a private bed and bath. The kitchen was well equipped so we had the option of cooking our meals there or going out to enjoy the dining at Murrells Inlet. The home was just what we were looking for this summer.

Lovely property…well-kept and simple check-in process…everything was great except the floor (it needed mopping). Sheets were clean and fresh, accommodations were comfortable and right near the beach. Thank you!

This beautiful home made our girls getaway weekend worth every penny. The home was gorgeous, clean and spacious. Every bedroom has its on bath, which we all know is very nice with a bunch of girls. The owner was very friendly and communicated everything. Great location with only about a 5 minute walk to the beach if that. We enjoyed every bit of it and can’t wait to book in the near future.

The proximity to the beach was great. We were able to return to the house for any forgotten items or drink/food refreshes in minimal time. The owners provided some chairs, body boards and umbrellas. The umbrellas were life savers since we brought a beach tent but we’re not allowed to use it on the beach (learned of this only after putting it up 😔). The house is split level and we stayed in the upstairs. We loved to hang out on the front porch. Lounge chairs would have been a nice add but sitting on the porch helped us enjoy the daylight hours outside without having to be on the beach and in the sun. The owners were very accommodating. We had a few issues but Kathy and her husband were super responsive and tried to address them as quickly as possible. They are very professional, open and understanding.
