I would have stayed at this condo allot longer if it wasn't so outdated. The furniture was stained the carpet was filthy and mold in different areas. I was surprised that when I said I was checking out the management never asked why or was there anything else they could have done to keep my business.

The table needed to be replaced, it appeared to have water damage in many spots. We didn't love the carpet. We have stayed at Pelican Walk for many years until 2020. This was the first year back and it felt like it needed some things replaced. The bed was not comfortable, the closet had mold in the top, the air never cut off and was very loud but thankfully worked. Outside furniture was rusty and missing cushions. I would choose a different unit next time but would stay here again.

We enjoyed our vacation at Pelican Walk Condominiums. The overall experience was great and the facilities were very nice but the Unit 412 needs a little TLC. The sofa sleeper was unusable as the leg to support it had broken. The deck furniture is in need of some repair as there was at least one chair with a broken arm and the table top was peeling off. The kitchenware also need some attention as one of the fry pan had the handle falling off and dish towels seemed light.

Over all we had a great stay. The location was great and the views were wonderful. The inside of the condo needed some work. In the double queen bedroom it looked like there was a mild problem near the vent over the door. I submitted a list of things to the office that needed attention. The refrigerator was missing a shelf to one of the bins and the bins were cracked. Please refer to the information that was given to the office. Other than some attention to detail we had a wonderful time. I would like to see some handicap way to get to the beach other than stairs. We had someone who was handicap with us and she was unable to go to the beach due to the stairs. Office staff was very helpful and friendly. Would return to Pelican Walk again.

I was very dissatisfied with this condo. The fridge would not cool and shelves were busted out, the second master bed room has 6' crack in the concrete ceiling and leaked water all over the bed, the master bath had mold all over the ceiling tiles. Door to the second master bedroom was busted and had been terribly patched instead of replaced. Would not recommend this unit.

Room 412 was roomy enough for my family. It could have used a bit more attention to the cleaning. I do realize it is not possible to deep clean during peak season, but being someone who cleans houses for a living, I know what can be done in a little bit of time. The beds could also use more comfortable mattresses. Overall, it was nice.

We stayed in unit #412. Our overall experience was good and the management staff was friendly and very responsive to our needs. The unit could use a deep cleaning. There were issues I reported on our checkout form. A couple of the biggest issues were missing slats & unable to close bedroom blinds in 2 of the bedrooms. The other was a missing bottom shelf & broken drawer in the refrigerator. The plus was the air conditioner worked great! Overall, the unit was ok but could use some updating.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. The property of Pelican Walk is beautiful and clean. The pool area and bathrooms were very clean. Five stars on property and staff. I gave the 3 stars for the room itself. It definitely needs some attention. A good deep cleaning and fresh paint, new living room furniture, mold on air vents and air conditioning needs adjusting. Air blows hard while on, then stuffy and humid when not running. Too much furniture on the balcony and before we left they had delivered two rocking chairs. If you do a lot of balcony sitting, 412 does not have the best view (house in the way).

Our condo changed last minute due to repairs being done in the unit we wanted. We were unaware of this change, just slipped through the crack but they were able to give us the same size unit so no big deal. The unit we got was not as updated but worked just fine. I think a picnic table and or chairs would be a great addition to the grill area. We usually grill a lot during our stay but opted to only use it once because of this. The only thing we wish would have been better is when some kid decided to bust the hot tub glass cover, we wish it would have been promptly cleaned and covered/taped so the hot tub could have been used. It was out of commission the full week of our stay. Oh the unit needs a broom to sweep up sand.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Very modern decor, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds slept fabulous. We enjoyed the double balcony also. The view of the ocean was perfect! I would most definitely rent again.

My two sisters and Dad stayed there and we all loved it. My Dad is 87 years old and it was easy access to the beach. It was not over crowded and loud. Good location to several restaurants. We will be staying here again next year.

The carpet and tile was in great shape and I was pleased with cleanliness. I was disappointed with the mattresses. They were not as comfortable as I would have expected. The blinds were also in poor condition and could stand to be updated in the bedrooms. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony in the rocking chairs, but the (2) chairs at the table were not in good condition so our entire group was not able to sit on the balcony at the same time.

Traveling with my family of 8 and extended family of 10 (extended family stayed in another condo in Pelican Walk). This condo was beautiful, comfortable and spacious...plenty of room for the 8 of us. Balcony was a good size with lots of seating. Views were amazing although you can't see the beach view to the left of the balcony because of the condo's location in the building. The beach was never crowded, and I enjoyed being on the "quiet end" of PCB.
Everyone said their bed was comfortable, although I found the heavy comforter in the master bedroom to be a bit much for the hot August weather in Florida (yes, it's hot even at night when you're sleeping and the AC on).
The condo is conveniently located near the elevator but the "cross-breeze" (or whatever it might be) made a loud ghost-like howling sound in the stairwell, so loud in fact I could hear it in the master bedroom at night. The first night I didn't realize what it was and it scared me so that I went and slept on the sofa for the rest of the night (the sofa is very comfortable too, by the way).
Over-all, this is a wonderful condo that I would recommend to anyone traveling to PCB with a large family. Thanks for the memories Pelican Walk 412!

we loved this condo....the only thing is that the balcony from the bedroom overlooks the parking lot. We wish that it has been a beachfront view, but overall the condo was great. It is very close to the beach and we enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Did not know until the last day that there was a pool table and game room upstairs. We will definitely take advantage of that next time.
