Fantastic property to stay at over the weekend for our team retreat.

Its a beautiful place, very spacious and comfortable. But had plumbing issues which should have been addressed earlier itself, it caused a bit of trouble. But it was attended immediately when we gave the call to property manager

Lack of response to emails is not acceptable.
Will unsubscribe to stays as we continually receive unrelated emails. Very annoying!
Couldn't contact manager during the year or on arrival when coffee machine didn't work.
It is now Wednesday and still no reply to our email of last Saturday.
Somewhere on your blurb it says sleeps 16. We never imagined two could be sleeping on a lounge.
Need a gardener to come in and tidy up the place. Sadly neglected.
Having said all that, we had a lovely weekend.

Coomonderry Corner is a beautifully restored property which has everything you could need, whilst maintaining its charm. It is an easy walk to local attractions and shops. Really highly recommended!

Loved the old, large home. Set among other old homes in Katoomba. A walk away from the cbd, but not amongst the hustle and bustle. A park opposite and a 1k walk to the three sisters, a place of stunning scenery. Everything provided, including porta cot, high hair and board games. Comfortable, private place to stay.

Coomonderry was a fantastic find for our reunion weekend away with overseas visitors and easily accommodated our group of 5 families with children. Perfectly situated midway between central Katoomba and Echo Point so we could walk to either, kids enjoyed Hinkler Park just across the road and grown ups enjoyed the lovely back garden. A beautiful home in a beautiful part of the blue mountains 😊

We were a group of 7 single adults and the house was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable (with electric blankets!). The loungeroom was suited for a large group, as was the kitchen and dining room. Perfect location too - very close to the RSL and only a short walk uphill to the main street of Katoomba. We will definitely be coming back again.

We loved our weekend stay at Coomonderry Corner. It’s large house that suited our extended family gathering well. The spacious kitchen facilitated meal preparation well. We loved the location — close to Katoomba’s CBD with shops and cafes while also close to local walks and spectacular scenery. Peter is a very helpful host!

Our family had a wonderful weekend in Katoomba. The house was as described. It had Blue Mountains charm, we felt at home, the kitchen was well stocked and lots of space for our large family. The gardens were lovely too. The host, Peter is easy to communicate with and access to the house was straight forward. The location is great, easy walk to the shops and not far from Echo Point. We walked to both. Chocolate shop is also nearby and a little cafe just up the road. Kids loved it. We would love to stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

Extremely comfortable large home with lots of unexpected extras, such as full supply of toilet paper, tissues, gladwrap, foil, toiletries. Walking distance to RSL club, Cafe, town and the Three Sisters. Parking at the Three Sisters, Echo Park lookout is $8/hour, so walking is a bonus saving. Great central heating throughout is ideal for the cold, misty days even in lateJanuary. Would definitely revisit!

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. We love it. Full of Blue Mountains charm, the property ticks all the boxes. Check in is a breeze and Peter is always contactable if needed. The property is well equipped, especially the kitchen which I really appreciate- we enjoy cooking with our family and friends during our stay, sitting around the large kitchen table sharing meals together. The location is perfect, walking distance to town and Echo Point and most importantly, a fantastic coffee shop just up the road!

Commonderry is in a great location close to shops and tourist sites. The house easily accommodated 14, being a mix of couples, single adults and kids. The garden was useful and beautiful with lots of birds. Great time was had by all even though the weather was a bit variable.

The property was very well accommodated with lots of comfortable bedrooms and great for a large group. The two living areas worked well and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment (although less so with cooking basics such as oil). The house was attractive and comfortable with a lovely garden. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk to Echo Point and a short walk to the shops as well as being across from the park with a playground. Peter was communicative and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back!

We surprised our parents for their 60th birthday with long separated New Zealand family, and the house accommodated this very well! The house was cosy with the winter sun streaming in the dining room all day, and a good heating system. There were beautiful welcoming touches everywhere, like fresh or dried flowers, antique decorations and furniture. It fit all 14 of us very comfortably, and the kids loved the loft bedroom. We relaxed with puzzles, or went out to see the gorgeous views, explore the town and eat out a lot! Wonderful time!
