At the last minute, I decided to take my elderly parents, sister and nephew for a 5 night/6 day stay at the beach. The entire process from check-in to check-out was seamless. Arrival/departure instructions sent via email were very clear. I knew my parents would spend most of their time inside the condo so I wanted to make sure they had a great view and were comfortable. The pictures are exactly what you get. The terrace was wonderful and views from inside the condo were amazing. The condo has a little age on it but it was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Plenty of bath linens. Easy access to the beach. We rented chairs/umbrella. Gated community and extremely secure with codes to even access the elevator. Security on site 24/7. All of the security and other staff we encountered we very professional and so nice! I was concerned with it being Memorial Day weekend that we may encounter a lot of partying happening in the building, but that was never the case, day or night. It was so relaxing! The only suggestion I would make to someone coming to stay is the showers are extremely slick, so we bought shower mats. We didn't see the shower mat located under the sink in the master bathroom until after our purchase, but that wasn't a problem at all. I don't recall seeing one for the 2nd bedroom bath. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This property had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and linens are important to us and this unit met our needs perfectly. All the electronics were better than most rentals provide and the internet worked great.

My husband and I have stayed at Beach Colony before. Perdido beaches and restaurants NEVER disappoint! Beautiful sand and water. Amazing customer service!

Great value in early March. Location is perfect with superb balcony and general living conditions. Hardware in unit needs upgrading in bathrooms and kitchen. Minor cosmetic defects. Would be nice to have some beach chairs and an umbrella for use. Otherwise perfect and will come again!

This property was beautiful. It was clean and we had all the necessities we needed. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The unit featured a beautiful view of the gulf and we slept like a baby. The only "ding" I would give is that the mattress in the master bedroom was hard as a rock, but it's probably what the owner wants. We slept in the other bedroom. Overall, although we had some minor issues with a key and a lost item in the unit, the group that handled the reservation were on point and withstood my impatience. We would come back to this unit again and again.

The place could of been cleaner. It was just okay. Behind the toilets and the table between the couches had obviously not been wiped in a while. Yuck! I don’t appreciate this because although most people aren’t going to squeeze between the couches, my toddler can/did. The Dryer could be replaced. It took forever to dry my stuff and you have to slam it to close it. No good for the people in the bedroom beside the laundry. The shower door was thin glass and when my toddler fell in the shower he fell out. It was so scary. A more sturdy door would be safer and nicer. The toilet lid attacks you when you sit down in the master bath. By that, I mean it falls on you. This was so annoying. Bigger trash can in the master bath! Get a bigger trash can for the kitchen. We took the trash out at least 4 times a day.. really? Not toddler friendly. We had to move so much stuff. Dishwasher should be replaced. It is so old I honestly didn’t think it would work, but it did. Too many freakin’ appliances on the counters!!!!!! I had NO room for ANYTHING I was trying to bring in. Put them under the cabinets!! I did this, but didn’t think to initially. Put a list of appliances on the fridge, and include it when people make reservations, but get them off the counters!!!! That spice rack is old and disgusting. Please throw the spices away... it would be extra classy if you included like 2-6 K-cups for the instant coffee maker. It would be a very nice touch. Get some champagne flutes even if they are plastic and cheap. Thank you for having plastic cups. Please get more plastic bowels for the children who stay. Make it CLEAR BEFORE people book that you do not allow smoking on the balcony. I didn’t know until after I made the reservation and read through everything. Getting on the elevator and going down 12 flights to grab a cigarette SUCKED!! The only reason we get places with balconies is so we don’t have to go far from the kids to smoke and here we were having to go in shifts.. And it is just your condo, other condos did allow smoking on the balcony. 500 fine for breaking this? GET OVER YOURSELF! That is beyond ridiculous!! The view from the living room and masterbath was to die for. Add on the check in list that the elevator button in in the middle and not beside the elevators... Beautiful condo and resort. Britani was lovely and responded very quickly to any questions. Over all a great stay, just little things here and there.

enjoyed everything except for as a first time visitor check in was at 4:00 but the office closed at 4:00, we were not able to ask questions & get a parking permit until the next day,,, our daughter stayed at the same location and the owners of her condo met them at check in and walked them through everything which was a nice touch. I would add a chase lounge on the balcony & a fan. Loved everything else!

Was extremely pleased with the location of the property as well as the responsiveness of the management office for any needs we had. The condo was a great choice and we are considering utilizing it again!

Facility was fine. The TV service was too limited in channels. Need to at least have ESPN channels.

Loved this condo. Extremely clean. Everything there we needed. Extra security codes made for a safe feeling. Location wonderful! Deck was very large. Two separate bedroom areas was nice for privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife, three kids, and I just wrapped up a wonderful 6-night stay at Beach Colony 12B! After a 14-hour drive south from Chicago, the condo was exceptionally clean with plenty of room for all five of us to make the most of our time, both inside and outside the condo. Our three kids shared the front room that has two very comfortable queen size beds and my wife and I spread out in the master, which was equipped with a master bath, huge shower, and jacuzzi tub, and very comfortable king-sized bed. The bed, itself, is situated on the west wall of the room, so we could enjoy waking up each morning to a perfect view of the sun rising over the gulf just outside our balcony doors. We also slept with our sliding door open so that we could hear the sound of the gulf waves as we drifted off into sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals and enjoy breakfast and dinner on the outdoor balcony. The property itself was also great. Easy access to a beautiful Florida sandy beach, heated indoor pool with hot tub, two outdoor pools, and a turfed tennis court. Granted, the weather was a bit unseasonably cold and windy during our stay, but the only very slight complaint we had was that water in both outdoor pools was very cold, and we weren't able to take advantage of these facilities. Thank goodness for the indoor pool and hot tub! We would definitely come back to Beach Colony 12b in the future! Thank you!

None of the pools were heated. We were told they would be. Disappointing.

We wanted a quiet, beautiful beach front location and it was perfect! The weather could’ve been warmer but it was a very nice residence with all the kitchen amenities and nice, large, soft beds. Very relaxing location with awesome beach views.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed, and more. My only negative was that the beds in the spare bedroom were very noisy. Squeaked every time anyone moved on either bed. But, we loved our stay and would come back!

All the amenities including simple things like kitchen utensils and a large laundry room. Will definitely stay again as often as possible!

Perfect for Thanksgiving stay with our children, One is stationed in Pensacola. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking Thanksgiving Dinner!
