Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this charming condo for $354 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The entire Emerald Isle complex has just been renovated (4.5 million dollar renovation) We recently purchased Emerald Isle 600 which has a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Fort Walton Beach is located on Okaloosa Island it has one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world. Emerald Isle is located on Santa Rosa Blvd a less congested boulevard off Highway 98. Stay away from all the traffic in Destin and enjoy our less crowded beach. We recently had hurricane proof tinted windows and sliding glass doors installed in our unit. They are just beautiful and add a nice touch. The master bedroom has a king size bed and your own bathroom. Open the sliding glass doors and listen to the waves calm you right to sleep. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds with your own bathroom. The open living room area is large and roomy as you sit and relax with your family. We have a 65 inch smart flat screen TV in the living room. The dining room seats 6 plus 3 bars stool at the kitchen counters. The kitchen is recently updated with raised ceiling and ceiling fan. You can cook on the stove and talk with your family in the open living room area. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all your baking/cooking needs. We try to provide everything you will need to make your vacation one to be remembered. We provide beach service for our renters which is set up at 9am daily and taken down at 5pm, an added plus for beach goers. We also provide sand toys, games, boogie boards and books for your pleasure. The view from the living room is awesome and hard to beat. You can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by . We have many great restaurants and bars 1 mile or less away. There is so much to do you may need more than 1 week to vacation. We are sure you will love our condo and want to tell your friends about it for future vacation plans.

The condo was great, clean, beautiful view, easy access and loved your own parking space! Although my initial plan was to take my sister-in-law, whose cancer has come back, to her favorite place, the beach! Unfortunately she had to cancel after I booked a 2 bedroom and due to no cancellation, my husband and I went and stayed with way more room than we needed. We enjoyed the week though, except for the large dog above us that was very noisy at times! I was told it was pet free, but found out after, other condo owner’s could have them! It was a nice 2br 2 bath and perfect for what I initially wanted it for, but I could have down sized and spent half the money for a 1br for hubby and I!

This is our 2nd time staying here. The 1st time was during COVID. This condo is a great location with a great beach view. Parking is easy and close to condo. The building in September was half occupied at best so the pool and beach front was not crowded. In general, the property is showing it's age. The condo is on the 6th floor and the elevator only worked half the time we were there. This was a nuisance to get around efficiently with kids. For the condo specifically, its functional but in need of updates. Furniture was good for the family. There were extra toys provided for the kids which was nice. Outlets are worn out and few. It was difficult to get this so stay plugged in. Bath fixtures and finishes were either broken, hard to work, or in poor condition. And not having a washer dryer in the room was a nuisance. Yes, you can go pay extra but it seemed to always be in use so we just had to do without. Overall, it's a good beach spot as long as the price is right.

This place was everything we needed for an amazing beach trip. The place is conveniently located next to the beach and several great restaurants in the area and is only a few minutes from Destin. Great amenities and communication with the owner makes this property a winner!

The condo had everything we could need for a family of 4 that flew in to the beach. Having access to the beach chairs and extra beach gear was so helpful. The beach view was fabulous. We saw pods of dolphins a few times during our stay!! Communication with the owners was easy and timely too!

Tina's condo felt like a home away from home. It was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen had kcups, lil bags of chips, and waters. Tons of beach toys for the kiddo. The views were amazing. Beach view from second bedroom as well. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Hope to come back!

We loved our stay at this condo, the location alone you just simply can’t beat! Owners were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Parking is right next to the elevator which is right by the condo enterance. Pool is heated and very clean, along with beach access and beach service. It was cool enough when we were there that we could enjoy open doors/windows and listen to the waves. ❤️🌊

Comfortable condo with great views. They provided beach chairs and a beach umbrella for our use. The owner was great at responding to questions. Lots of great restaurants and golf courses in the area. Had a nice time here!

First of all, the communication with Tina was great! She texted us right after arrival to insure everything was good and to see if we had any questions or issues. The view is spectacular, not just the ocean view, but the sunrise & sunsets are beautiful!! This was our second trip to Okaloosa Island and Matt & Tina's digs is the place to stay! The beach service with chairs & umbrella daily were great. There are lots of beach toys provided to use for little ones & adult little ones :)! Thank you Matt & Tina for a super relaxing stay in your beautiful condo. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was well stocked to include books, games and everything you need in the kitchen and even had beach equipment and beach toys. The view from the balcony and master bedroom was breathtaking. The property manager communicated well and was easy to reach. Can't wait to come back!

We came to Florida for a softball tournament and had a mini vacation along the way. Tina went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. This place has it all. The great ocean view from the balcony every morning, we were able to watch the dolphins swimming. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The cabana boy, Zolo, took care of the chairs and umbrella everyday on the beach. The condo was very clean and cozy. We definitely save this one for a future trip!!!

We were aware that we were not allowed to use the washer and dryer that was in unit. The on site laundry area were not in operating condition, dryers were not working both times we were in need on washing clothes. For the price we should have been able to use the washer and dryer in the unit.

A fine American Family that made it so easy from beginning to the end ,my family had a great time 4 adults 2 kids close oceanfront with pool no smoking or tacbacco use that we could tell, condo was clean had everything for kids and adults location was great also free beach chairs was great staff on beach real nice and also condo staff 5 star everyone would definitely stay with anyplace Shultz has again 🙏🇺🇸😇😎

It was a great condo. Plenty of room, great location and it was nice having reserved chairs on the beach and a designated parking spot. My favorite part was opening my eyes in the morning and seeing that beautiful ocean from bed! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!
