A bit disappointed there was no WiFi in our apartment on the 1st night, also no internal room phone as was advertised. My father had a suspected heart attack and I could only go to reception for updated..
No Internet or phone in room, this was fixed the day after. No shop on site, it was a half hour round trip think a small convenience shop would be beneficial for the guests and profitable for the business.

Amazing location, amazing views. Much better than I was expecting.
I read before I came a lot of bad reviews saying how tired the rooms were. When you first go into the corridors it looks like a council flat, but the rooms were pretty nice, warm and comfortable. Because of the location you are quite restricted to the bar and restaurant on site, which were very pricey. So we headed into the nearby town to the pubs there.

I loved the location very peaceful and green.! Went to a couple of different locations but it wasn’t like the Resorts. It was peaceful and calming what you need.
As for someone with kids stairs is a No for me carrying buggy up and down. Some sort of lift or any apparatus could have helped.
