Relaxed & rested, we wished we could have stayed longer.

Excellent rooms, very clean, very comfortable, fabulous views. We only chose Bed & breakfast, but the food was fresh and plenty of choice. Staff were very nice and couldn't have been more helpful.

We always hire a car as we like to explore about, the only issue we had was there was no parking at the hotel, so it was a battle each time we returned to find a parking spot.

Le bruit…. Chambre en-dessous de la salle à manger beaucoup de bruit avec le déplacement des chaises ( matin midi et soir) très désagréable… L’interdiction de fumer général ( a par un petit coin avec 2 chaises… ) et même interdit sur la terrasse des chambres…

Had a great time, great facilities, staff, service. Only minor flaws

Very nice hotel, big suites with terrace, nice staff, good food, big pool area with bar.

Shower temperature was shaky, went from hot to cold on its own. Sun beds were taken all hours of the day, need to come very early to get one.

Would return with no hesitation.

Wonderful and super efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious and spotless. A special mention for James at reception who could not have been more professional in assisting with a very early morning check in to arranging for faculties to be accessible for a late check out, which made such a difference to our whole experience. First class!

The courtesy room given to shower in after check out was not up to standard Shower was a dribble , air conditioning in the room didn’t work well and towels from the previous users were still present The room wasn’t nice at all. Our only Moan!

Very good

Food is amazing. Staff are incredibly friendly. It’s lovely and quiet with a stunning view. The spa services are excellent. Air con in the room is great. Pools/sea access are brilliant.

Tips more than negativity… If you are a gym goer make sure you take a water bottle as there is either none or not enough water in there. Avoid an early start as the air con hasn’t been on overnight and it’s hot! Don’t expect to be able to access all the areas you see in these images, you need to book the Star Prestige package to access the more exclusive areas. It’s just the one main pool without paying the extra. It’s misconceiving when booking. Don’t expect anything from the town, it’s not the nicest of areas but the resort is an excellent base. Renting a car is cheap and easy via reception. Fornalutx, Soller and Soller Port are beautiful. The bus into Palma is easy and cheap, 35mins, €4.50. A taxi back is about €30 (flag one down don’t use Uber) so you can enjoy late evening night life.

Jardin Del sol suites is absolutely amazing . The place is spotless and the staff are brilliant.

The guests who believe that the staff are there to be spoken to disrespectfully.

Swimming Pool Heaven

The staff were wonderful from the night concierge who greeted us with bubbles to the chefs who prepared the food, to the attentive housekeepers to the lifeguards and the groundskeepers and eveyone else. The place was fabulous and we upgraded to Prestige which was worth it. The swimming pools were fabulous and loved the hammocks.Going to stay again.

The only thing that we felt we missed out on arriving late was a proper check in explaining all the facilities available to Prestige guests as we didnt know what was for us to use and what wasn't for us as we were on a B&B rate but understood from other guests we could have had All Inclusive.

Breakfast is good. Toaster doesn’t work and there needs to be a new solution.

Gym had to be improved / made bigger, it really lets the hotel down Hotel should stop the “reserving of sun beds” with towels on sun beds left from 6/7am for beds not used for hours.. it’s also very tacky as well as annoying for guests.

Great (but I'm being particular)

The amazing view. Free paddle boarding. The refillable water stations. The big comfy bed. Great sized room. Fantastic breakfast options, large dining room, plenty of seating. Friendly staff (tip early for exceptional service).

The location was great in terms of the sea front and beautiful view but the local town was quite disappointing in terms of the selection of speciality resturants or cute bars. No dressing table area in the bedroom. The sun loungers weren't super comfy. The towel exchange was only at certain times and you had to be switched when to swap as there wasn't always clean spares.

We had a lovely experience staying at the hotel. There are a lot of free facilities for the hotel guests such as sauna, turkish baths, and an indoor heated pool. They also have an amazing outdoor space for sunbathing and enjoying the ocean views. The breakfast was also good with a lot of options, and you choose to sit outside to enjoy the sea view. They also provide a lot of other fun activities absolutely free for the guests, such as wine tasting, yoga, kayaking, etc.

The only downside to staying at this hotel is that there is no parking facility. You can park on the street but it's usually filled with cars, and there were times we had to struggle to get a parking space.

The staff were more than helpful the place was spotlessly clean and the food was lovely and there was great variety the amenities were brilliant we were very happy with our stay

Very good

we loved this resort, was quiet and we paid for the club prestiage which i think was worth the extra spend, as you get a seperate pool area. staff were all super friendly and helpful . great breakfast , quiet location, easy access to a few restaurants in town and down to santa ponsa . we had a car so was easy to get around. had a great feel to the hotel . great little swimming spot off the rocks, and nice sun loungers right outside of our room.

probably not normal for May in Majorca it was cold and had no heating, we were given blankets when we asked for a heater, i doubt you would have this problem if you go later in the year. but perhaps some little fan heaters for when it is cold . parking is tricky even in shoulder season but it does say they dont have parking so i knew this . The spa massage was average which was a shame. i asked for a sports massage and it certainly was not. was quite pricey .

Great location in a nice part of Mallorca with amazing views and relaxation spaces. Breakfast was an Accellent start to

location was good - easy walk to lots of places, including restaurants. being in star prestige - a little bit of luxury. breakfast (our only meals at the hotel) had a very good selection.

shower in room had variable temperature making it difficult to control noise from delivery road at back of hotel, which is the same side as the bedroom resulted in early morning noise. spa bath in our room was actually more of a bath with jets, not what we were expecting as a spa bath. rooms a little bit tired and in need of some decoration, especially the balcony. would be nice to have access to the side entrance to the hotel, which is closer to the star prestige than the main entrance.

wonderful stay at an amazing hotel.

The hotel was so clean, the rooms were huge and very clean. the food was outstanding and every member of staff was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back. The only downside is location. we didn’t really love the area.

The room was above rooms that had an outdoor lounge, whirlpool on a deck and therefore both parties had no privacy. it was too close. The food in the bar was OK.
