Great location close to museums and restaurants! Every team member we met was super friendly and helpful. Its breakfast was excellent as well. I want to give a special shout-out to Hicham and Antoin at the front desk. They went above and beyond by making sure my lost cell phone—which was shipped from a hotel in Hamburg—was received safely and kept secure until we checked in. Excellent service and very accommodating staff!

The bed was super comfortable. Stuff was very nice. Location is great.
I don't like the baths in hotels. It's wasn't really comfortable. Shower would be much better and more hygenic.

The reception staff was friendly, and the location is quite good.
The hotel had informed me beforehand that people would be doing works in the hotel from 10:00. Unfortunately, the cleaning ladies started a yelling competition in the hallway at 8:30 so I was awake way before the noise started.
They have quite a big range of food for breakfast, but it is all the cheapest ingredients.
The room was very dark, not at all what you see on the pictures.
All in all, not what I expected when I booked this hotel.
