We had a wonderful stay to be honest . The suite was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully presented, and overall we had a great experience. The only downside was the room service food menu, which was quite limited when we called to order food. There were very few options, especially for children, and it would have been great to have more child-friendly meals available. Apart from this, everything was lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay!
Room service menu.

Everything was great. Great location, view from the window.
The TV is big and great, but not Smart; it is impossible to connect a device such as a phone, etc. in a simple way. The TV connection is very poor; channels lag a lot. Not a big deal, but still very annoying.

Staff was really welcoming and room looks really nice and clean.
Beds were moving too much, wheels was not locked? I was with my 4years old daugther and it was an issue, as she slipped in between the beds several times. Mattress comfort was good.
Breakfast was quite dissapointing, compared to other hotels I have visited, it was one of the worst unfortunately.
SPA was really disapointing, quite old and tired compared to room design and not so much to enjoy in there.
