The staff especially “Ansis” was exceptionally helpful.
It’s a small gym and not well equipped. There was a yoga that was thin and torn. More than one person cannot exercise at the same time

The Guy at the reception was an excellent Customer Centric and helpful officer. Being very young he was very helpful and was ever willing to advice on location related matters. This made it special for us.
Nothing that we did not like
Nothing to complain

Great front desk staff
nothing.

The front desk staff were all excellent. The location was fantastic. The coffee machine in the room was great.
The hotel was quite outdated (esp for being a Radisson), poorly maintained common areas, room had large coffee stains on the floor, old dirty rug, bathroom was very outdated. House keeping barely did anything in the room when they came, no new coffee pods, garbage can wasn’t emptied, dirty coffee cups were left on the table. If you like a hard mattress the bed is fine, but if you don’t, I recommend you book a room somewhere else. With all this said I want to emphasize that the front staff was absolutely amazing, so kind and service oriented. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
