The staff is very helpful and friendly. Driving instructions and Parking was easy. Our room was nice and the view magnificent. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant and sunset views from the bar. I highly recommend Hotel Giotto.
All was good.

Loved this place! The staff, rooms were amazing! So kind as I had been unwell and we ended up staying an extra night and they booked us into their sister property for a further few nights as I was too unwell to continue my journey. The views were spectacular and the location is perfect! Roland who moves the cars is a lot of fun. My partner misses him. :)
Nothing. It was lovely.

The location was excellent, with the convenience of being able to park directly at the hotel. The staff were fantastic—Roland in particular stood out, always welcoming us with a smile and making the stay feel truly personal. Breakfast was delicious and made even more enjoyable by the stunning views overlooking beautiful Assisi.
The rooms could use some updating, as the décor feels quite dated. The mattresses were very thin and not particularly comfortable. The hairdryers are old and in need of replacement, and the shower head was broken during our stay.
