Lovely spacious room & comfortable bed, with loads of storage space. Very small but manageable washroom/shower space. Above average breakfast (kudos to the hard-working staff team!). The location is not upscale but we never felt unsafe & it was fantastic in terms of easy access to the trams & the metro).

We really liked our stay here. The hotel has a great location, close to Wien HBF (Vienna Train Station), we walked but you can also get one team bus. It is also close to the train station and all major attractions by metro or you could even walk if you fancy a 30 mins walk. The hotel is well looked after and very clean. The windows are noise protective so we slept well. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. They store our bags in a closed room. I will definitely come back and recommend to family or friends.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which is my number one reason for this great review. But the room itself was also amazing and we had a very comfortable stay!
The TV was hard to connect to with my phone when we wanted to watch a movie through Prime, haha.
