The location was perfect, set away from the main road but close to an abundance to cafes/restaurants.
The staff all very friendly and professional, from the front desk to bar staff.
Loved the room
Nice terrace out the front.
The only thing was the room was cold and I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning. Could do with extra blankets

Great location, good breakfast selection, the room suite is a good size, and a nice view of the city
Cleanliness did not meet expectations. Three pillows needed replacing because they were badly stained; there was hair all over the mattress protector. It seemed rushed to get the room ready. It was dusty, and the area under the sofa bed hadn't been hoovered. There were three of us in the room, but it was set up for two, so we had to ask for extra cups, bathrobes, and water. There was a card left, which was for a previous guest
