This is a beautiful hotel and well situated in Shoreditch. The staff are friendly enough.
It was very expensive for what you get. The actual room costs were fine but the hotel bar was extortionate and the service wasn't up to standard. A spirit and mixer cost more here than at the restaurant we had visited in Mayfair earlier that evening. The bar staff were nice but we had a fair wait for nothing and the bar itself looked a state.
I also didn't like the text alerts that were obviously automated but made to look like they were personal? They came across spammy as I was urged to rate my room right after we checked in, signed off by Tetiana apparently. I then had a chaser message the next day. I wanted to respond to say leave me alone. It was weird, and I would prefer the generic survey link after my stay.

Trendy location 10min walk from Liverpool street, excellent restaurant, and greet city views from our corner room, which felt more like a suite rather than just a standard 'classic' room. I would Definitely stay here again.
Bit pricey but great hotel.

Nice lobby, great location and stylish decor. Bedroom wand bathroom are very clean.
Room didn't feel as a high a standard compared to Art Hotel or Virgin Hotel which are both local and a similar price. They room also felt much smaller than others I've stayed in recently.
The tea and coffee selection was poor - Kenco sachets for a hotel or this price point was disappointing.

Good location
I paid £200 more booking through booking .com. If I’d booked direct would have got same room with breakfast for £650

"Very well located for transport links and in a great area. Beautiful room (we received a complimentary upgrade being our wedding anniversary)."
