SInk in the room was a tad blocked so everytime the tap was on even if the plug hole was open it would fill up. But this certainly didnt take away from the experience.

Clean,friendly, good food, polite helpful staff, couldn’t ask for more. The beds were really comfy and the pillows were soft and comfy. There was an iron and ironing board, a safe in the room, and a variety of hot and cold drinks along side a coffee machine with pods.

Unfortunately the toilet didn’t flush and the hairdryer didn’t work. Which we did inform staff of this., before leaving.

Location was perfect for a city break, everything within walking distance.

Seeing as it was our honeymoon and they had plenty of spare rooms, an upgrade would have been a nice gesture.

Perfect location for what I wanted from Manchester city centre. Large, comfortable and clean room.

The disabled spaces in their car park were blocked/being used for storing building supplies during refurbishment work. This was cleared by check-in time, however I'd managed to get on street parking beforehand. The staff went out of their way to rectify this, but it's totally unacceptable in this day and age for it to have happened in the first place.

Room was extremely clean and I appreciated the excellent shower

The breakfast buffet was expensive - for that, I don't expect corners to be cut by providing nasty cheap sausages. This is a key thing for business hotels I feel. I will be inclined next time to eat outside the hotel.

Hotel was fresh, clean and anonymous. Big bed, good bathroom.

Shower could use a non slip mat. On Sunday evening we were kept awake (friend staying in another room) until half 1 by a person shouting constantly in the street. Not the hotel’s fault (hopefully) but maybe a factor in choosing location.

Convenient location in central Manchester and close to rail station. Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful when looking for places to visit in the city.

A little expensive

The best Hotel I have stayed in. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in dozens of countries over the years. The staff are so tuned in to making sure the guests gave a great time. All the departments from housekeeping to reception are very well trained. If you are staying in Manchester this is the perfect hotel. The room sparkled after housekeeping, the reception were super efficient, room service was quick and courteous and everyone was aware if their role. Awesome

Best Hotel ever

The hotel was perfectly located for our needs. The room was perfectly adequate and very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent.

The view from our room was not particularly attractive but this was not really an issue.

Great location, 2 minute walk from Q-Park with 15% discount so £17 per day. 10-15 mins walk to city centre or under £5 in Uber. Hotel - Complimentary drink vouchers given for birthday. Welcome cookies provided. Very friendly and attentive staff, explained everything well including breakfast. Great selection at breakfast, full English buffet, cold selection and pastries. Lobby and restaurant looked like it had a revamp, tasteful decor, modern and very clean.

Slight improvement to cleanliness, needed to be hoovered under bed, there was bits of old confetti and toilet flush didn’t work properly. But other than that room and bathroom clean and all fresh white towels provided with toiletries.

Our suite was newly renovated with a fully stocked mini bar. Comfortable beds and a bathroom that exceeded expectations in terms of size, and cleanliness. Plenty of room and nice views. Really central location and breakfast was nice with lots of options.

The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were attached to the wall (completely understand why) but over the bathtub and not in the shower which meant having to walk in and out of the shower whilst soaking wet if you wanted to use them! The staff member who sat us down for breakfast was abrupt and rude and stated "we're busy today so we'll need your table back soon". There were plenty of empty tables and he could have been much more professional and polite in informing us they needed the table back quickly.

Fantastic breakfast and a great view from the room. Just 2 minutes from the train station. A decent gym as well. Can recommend it!

For a 4 star hotel, the rooms were extremely outdated. Staff tried to add extra charges to my bill when I left room to ask for something on the menu. When I asked what the charges were and why they are being added, they took them off. Room service number did not work at all even though some items were listed as available for 24 hours

The staff were very friendly. It was my husbands birthday and they left a mini box of chocolates and a balloon in his room and a card. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and the pancake machine was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

駅に近く、ロケーションはよかった。

客室へ続く廊下、スーツケースを転がしづらかった。 ２基あるエレベーターの、１基が故障で、修理中のプレートが滞在中掛かっていた。 レストランのテーブルが、ベタベタしていた。

Overall it is acceptable.

The breakfast was varied and really nice. It was a nice touch to get a cookie on arrival. Room was comfy.

It seemed like there were building works going on so there was a bit of noise which impacted sleep.

Location, staff, comfort, value for money and the breakfast, there were also some extra touches due to my birthday.

The hotel was perfect , It was central , just around the corner few minutes walk from the train station , the staff were helpful , I would highly recommend it .

Front staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. We were treated very well and always greeted upon arrival and departure from the hotel. Room was very nice - comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, and room service was always prompt and timely. Great location near the Manchester Piccadilly rail station for trams, underground, and cross-country trains. Very close to coffee shops, quick food shops, and pubs/shopping.

The only complaint was the hotel bar only served beverages listed on their menu. No custom drinks were available to be made. Seems silly, but there were only 8 cocktail choices in their menu. Wine selection was decent and choice of liquors was adequate.
