Lovely helpful staff

Nice clean room

Lift out of service which wasn’t good for those of us with mobility issues. Lot of other building work going on, lounge area

Great for mini break

Great location for centre and beaches. Friendly staff. Recently refurbished room with huge comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Excellent shower. The gym (much better than expected) and pool were great. Food in restaurant was also very good. Would definitely come back. Lots of comfy seating options in the bright social spaces.

Minor quibbles. Even better if the room had a fridge. Also, we used the spa (at modest extra cost) which was relaxing but the steam room wasn't working and didn't seem much of an effort to fix it.

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the pool, would recommend

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Good facilities and good food in restaurant.

Radiator in bathroom broken so couldn’t be turned off had to use air on to counteract the heat!!

100% brilliant value for money superb hotel

The spa facilities were absolutely spot-on for what I needed, the gymnasium was very very well equipped, much more than you would expect in a hotel and the Jacuzzi etc brilliant..

The staff were all engaging even one of the painters, carrying out some work stopped to say hello, and smiled. It really does make the difference…

Great hotel, location & Staff

Use of the swimming pool and Breakfast. Rooms clean with nice facilities.

We couldn't find anything we didn't like during our stay.

Delightful hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Very quiet during the day and night.

Very warm room. 1st floor had little air and as we had a heatwave the room was quite stuffy. Luckily they had a fan in the wardrobe. When we come again we will go for a ground floor room. Having to pay for the carpark £12.00 a day should be free for residents of the hotel in my opinion. Shower head wouldn't stay up, it kept sliding down but easily fixed.

perfect location, lovely room, Brilliant staff

the room we were in had no windows but had doors onto the balcony but it was ground floor so leaving doors open felt like a security risk BUT it was super hot in the room and the fan was not enough!

Comfortable place to stay close to Bournemouth town centre and beach

Spacious, clean rooms Modern bar area with good drinks selection (shout out to Zara who provided excellent service at the bar) Well equipped gym Great location - close to town and beach

One of the reception staff was a bit rude to us when checking in - the rest of the staff were friendly though

overall an excellent stay, which we enjoyed.

Friendly staff good breakfast central location

Bathroom. no extractor fan. Although shower was very powerful it kept falling off the holder when turned on. Also Bath could be removed and walk in shower put in as quite dangerous getting in over the edge of the bath with no handrails.

Really enjoyed

We really enjoyed our stay, left relaxed. Loved facilities and location. Very clean.

Not much to complain about. No mirror in bathroom above sink. I think our room was new and they’d forgotten one. Remote didn’t reach TV unless you sat at end of bed but our room was so spacious and the TV was huge.

Could have been better. Bites a huge concern

The pool was lovely with the outdoor seating area. The staff were very approachable. The evening meal was good and good value for money. The bar area was pleasant.

I had bites on my ankles after my stay. The room was very small and out of date decor wise and looked shabby. The lady serving in the bar was very good but clearly rushed off her feet as on her own.

Was good enough for one night wouldn’t pay this again for the size of the room we had.

Very Nice Breakfast there was a lot of options Very comfortable beds no gap in the middle which is what you get in most hotels Warm and clean pool and great depth for children Late checkout

Room was too small we had a family room and had a cot and and a single bed but could bearly move around Needs to be a bit more modern was very dated To get to the pool you have to walk past everyone whilst they are eating or having drinks in your swimming costume Paying for parking is always a down fall when staying in a hotel it should be included in the price of the room.

Delicious breakfasts. Lots of variety. Evening meal was also delicious. Reasonable price for using the Spa. Room was fantastic. Lounge area was very accommodating.

I loved the downstairs jacuzzi and swimming pool.x Really relaxing just what i needed😊. And for £12 for as long as you stay you can use the facilities as many times as you like! The breakfast was brilliant, the meal I had was lovely but the steak was a bit cold. But I still ate it. Well presented on the plate. I liked being on the ground floor, easy to get to the breakfast room/bar. The staff are very attentive polite and helpful.

The pillows are too soft. I have been here before. So I knew to bring my own special orthopaedic pillow.

Was OK but needed a bit of TLC

Superior family room great size with plenty of storage bed was very big and comfortable(Unfortunately not the pillows)

Room 104 bathroom needs to be ripped out and redone shower falling of wall bath taps fallen of in your hand uncomfortable pillows hotel should get sensor lights for hallways at night(burning electricity for no reason)not mention brightness coming through gap underneath door to room radiators need looking at basically over all maintenance and repairs needed done. Also breakfast not really worth £14.95 for what you got(no continental option)

Really nice arrival. Great facilities.

Breakfast is quite expensive. No loyalty scheme - this is the third time I've stayed here. Was disappointed that we asked to delay check out by an hour and we were asked for another £10. Either its possible or not.

rude, non-helpful, non-friendly receptionists! Parked in hotel car park and was told we had to pay per night to stay!! absolutely disgusted that we had to pay to park in the hotel's own car park!! We chose this hotel as we were planning on using all the facilities incl Spa, pool, bar, restaurant etc and basically live in the hotel for a few days watching the world cup games and enjoying ourselves but upon arrival was told to pay extra to park without any apology or explanation, if we had known there was more to pay we would of chosen a different hotel from the dozens available in this price range, so instead of spending our money with the hotel we used the hotel as place to sleep only and spent 16 hours each day out spending money in local businesses incl, restaurants, bars, salons etc. I would avoid this hotel and choose one of the many available!
