Chambre propre, mais odeur d’urine dans la salle de bain dès lors de notre arrivé. Laissait croire que la propreté de la salle de bain a peu être été négligé.

Schönes und angenehmes Hotel in Lissabon

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption mit 24h Verfügbarkeit. Geräumiges Zimmer mit viel Platz zur Kofferablage Großes Bad

Umständlicher Zugang zum Frühstücksraum über Glastür mit Türöffner und Keycard. Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet könnte umfangreicher sein. Geringe Menge heißen Wassers im Bad wurde bei frühzeitiger Reklamation bis zur Abreise nicht behoben.

Would recommend them to family and friends. Front desk staff were so nice

They were extremely pleasant when me and my family came in. We had just left an apartment that were supposed to stay in that was dirty (sheets had stained blood on them)and had bugs.

Sadly not coming back.

Clean and good location for what we were doing.

Felt we were bothering the lady at the frontdesk and we were only checking in..... The young man was more helpful. Breakfast- not much food and slow to fill up. So we ended up only having breakfast at the hotel the first morning. (You are not allowed to put food on the tables in the foyer, even there is a few sitting groups and you can get drinks at the little "bar" at check in. ???? ) Sad to say I will not recommend this hotel.

Location - on Booking.com it’s saying it’s 1.1km from city centre , couldn’t be further from truth it’s 15 -20 min in taxi . Area is run down , not many places open around. Pool is tiny , only two -three people fit there. Breakfast far from 4star hotel , not even a bit Of fresh veg , very poor overall. Our sheet had a blood stains . No coffee in the room , just 2 tea bags. If it wouldn’t be in between stop and we were on the clock I would ask for refund and stay somewhere else. For €300 for two night I would expected better.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The location is very good, in a safe area, withing a walking distance to some parks, restaurants, hop-on-hop-off main station. The room was big with enough space to place your staff and free walk around furniture. Beds were comfortable. Clearing services are satisfactory. It was very helpful for us that there is an underground parking in a hotel, as parking spaces in Lisbon are limited.

I would suggest management to check cleanness of doors and walls. The door to our room had prints of hands from 10-20 different people (based on print sizes). I also expected that shampoo would be replenished when used out. We had 2 little bottles, like 10 mg, for 2 people for 4 nights stay, and they have not replenished when we used them in full.

Look for another hotel

We chose this hotel for the advertised swimming pool at the top floor, the available parking and the gym. However the only good thing i can say about it is that the room was spacious and it had a seif.

The advertised swimming pool was very small barely fitting 4 persons (at a time) and the access to it is only 1h per day maximum 5 persons at a time. It was quite often all booked and when we did find a spot often it was more crowded than the specified 5pers limit (sometimes up to 10 persons). The advertised available parking costs 12 euros per 24h and you really have to be brave to drive through the tight corners and serpentines that take you to - 1 or - 2, having a suv-size car it's a nightmare to park there (but perfectly suitable for a bike). The gym was very small and poorly ventilated and the 9.8 euros/person was the worst breakfast you will find in a hotel, that is if you manage to get into the restaurant even after you have payed. The staff was not very helpful providing info upfront. All the details regarding the pool, breakfast and parking you will get them only if you ask. If you find yourself into a situation like us with 10 persons at the pool during the same booking good luck dealing with their aggressive attitude because the staff won't do anything about it. Cleanliness wise there was nothing exceptional, but do pack your own toilet paper. It seems to be a shortage of it in the hotel as well as shampoo and shower gel. The small bottles will not suffice if you dare to take more than 2 showers per day. Location wise, about half an hour walk from downtown and 15 min from a metro station. Don't even think about dragging your suitcase on the cobblestone sidewalks. I highly recommend a taxi when you arrive and leave the hotel.

Clean & excellent value hotel - Ideal for travelling with friends.

The property was a very good price and it was very clean.

It was a little bit outdated regarding the decor, I wouldn’t say it’s up to 4 star standard in this regard.

wouldn’t recommend nor going back

quite clean

the stuff doesn’t care about their customers, have asked for an iron to be told that they have one in the laundry room but they do not have a key of it even though it was after 9 am . have asked for an iPhone charger and couldn’t pay in cash the requested deposit of 10 euros to borrow us the charger as we wanted to pay by card so in the end no charger was provided which is very poor care and customer service quality .
