Perfect și accesibil

Locație foarte bună și personalul extrem de amabil. Au avut și loc pentru depozitare bagaje pentru cei care aveam zbor mai târziu. Mic dejun copios:)

Clean, good breakfast. No restaurant sadly, and little inconsistent with room servicing.

Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of hot and cold options, plus fruit and some cereals. The room was very comfortable and the shower in the bath was also very good with plenty of hot water.

The room cleaning is only done when you hang out a sign, which is a little annoying and probably a hangover from C19 days. IMO if we are staying at a Hotel it should be the norm to clean the room eat day, and only hang something on the door if you do not want it cleaned - not the other way around. I booked a larger room at a bigger expense. The coffee pods and fresh water was on replaced consistently. During my 9 day stay, at least 3-4 days no one replaced the coffee pods or brough fresh water. That is a little dissappointing given the room price.

Une bonne et agréable nuit avant notre retour de vacances.

Hôtel très bien situé et très confortable. Les chambres sont très propres. Le personnel d’accueil est très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner bon et copieux. La place de parking gratuit.

Nice location and great breakfast!

The breakfast was outstanding - plenty of hot options (eggs, meats, beans) and the staff were friendly and efficient- refilling breakfast items frequently. The location was a bit outside the waterfront area but very easy to walk or take a Bolt to key sites. Also great restaurants nearby - try the Indian restaurant Ola Nepal - great food! The bed was a bit firm for me but the shower was great!

We requested two twin beds but it wasn’t available the first night which was disappointing. But we were able to move to a room with two beds the next day.

Fine for the Price

Overall, you get what you pay for in terms of Lisbon prices. The location is central ish, staff are friendly and it was clean. Walking distance to the metro which is a bonus. It is exactly what it says, it is a 3 star hotel. Keeping that in mind it is perfectly adequate.

The room is coloured green, lime green bathroom, green carpets. The room is small but again, what you pay for. It isn't the cheapest hotel in the world but by Lisbon standards it is. Bed was extremely hard which wasn't ideal for one person who is recovering from back surgery. Again, it matches its rating as a 3 star hotel

Fair deal

>Comfy beds albeit mattresses quite firm >Location is great: just 5min from metro station, nearby is a big park and a couple of supermarkets if needed; Avenida de Liberdad is round the corner so if the weather is nice and you feel like walking, the main touristic area and the waterfront are reachable within 20-30mins. Otherwise 5-10mins by metro/bus. >At the same time the hotel is in a quiet corner, off the large roads so you won’t be disturbed by noise from streets. >The breakfast is okay, nice selection although bread options could be better - the buns were a bit stale and there was only a hard sourdough loaf available to make toasties >Friendly staff at reception and in breakfast room.

>Only filter coffee available at breakfast. I have not come across a hotel without a proper coffee machine in the breakfast room for a number of years and it was quite shocking. Dear management team, please do invest in one! It will totally lift the experience people have at your hotel. Luckily we had coffee machines in the room and capsules were topped up every day (for my companion two were not enough but we got a sleeve of them at the nearby supermarket). >Cleanliness could be better: the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned after previous guests, overall you could tell all the surfaces needed a bit more more care >Sound insulation between rooms is not good - the hotel itself is in a quiet corner off main streets so you won’t be disturbed by noise from streets but you can hear people from neighbouring rooms well

Rubbish processing site locate underneath room window making huge noise at 2am wake guests up!

There is a huge rubbish processing site right underneath my hotel room window. on the last night of my stay, I was woke up by huge huge noise between 2am - 2:30am in the morning!! I went to the window and saw rubbish trucks are processing rubbish, making huge huge noise!! there were about 3 to 4 trucks came and go. I couldn’t go back to sleep after being woke up! I lost the whole night sleep!! I reported the issue to the night shift person at the hotel, and left my mobile and email address when I checked out in the morning. I requested for 1 night refund because I didn’t sleep that night! But after 4 days, nobody from the hotel contacted me, even not an apology!! I reported the issue to Booking.com with the videos I took of the rubbish processing site. But Sana Capitol Hotel reply to Booking.com “there is nothing we can do about the noise.”, so no refund! no apology!! This is completely absurd! What they CAN do is to refund me 1 night charge and apologize!! Let Guests to enjoy quiet night sleep is the basic requirement for a hotel! but they have failed! They have failed the standards for being a hospitality business! This is not acceptable!!

Very good

Lovely room, very quiet. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a huge choice.

Only one issue.. the shelf in the wardrobe was broken
