Good location. Very good breakfast. Staff was really good,.. we arrived at 8 am and they stored our bags for us.
Room was a little small. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Breakfast selection was great. Was very busy one morning so bussing tables and keeping up the buffet was challenging
Location suited our plans so that was ok.
I think if the lounge area gets more developed with more drinks, snacks, coffee service, etc would draw more business but see what works.

Very nice and helpful staff. Quite good location. Good breakfast. Walk in shower. Outlet near bed. WiFi ok. Minibar. Coffee . Enough space.
I had to ask repeatedly for things to be fixed: electrical outlets didn't work, coffee machine broken, fridge too warm, etc. Bathroom door really Heavy, had to just leave it open. Shower head didn't work; only hand held. Terrible soap-shampoo. Only one small elevator for the entire hotel. Too expensive - but this is the same for all Lisbon.
